Claims (10)
- Cadre composite (2) pour une fenêtre (1) ou une porte, comprenant- un cadre rapporté extérieur (3) composé de profilés métalliques (4) reliés entre eux dans la zone d'angle, et- un cadre de base (13) composé de profilés en matière plastique (15) soudés entre eux dans la zone de l'onglet,- une zone de feuillure (18) pour recevoir un remplissage (23),- un remplissage (23) définissant un plan de remplissage (24), notamment un vitrage multiple (25), avec un côté frontal périphérique (33),- une pluralité de blocs de pontage et/ou de blocs de vitrage (26) pour fixer le côté frontal (33) du remplissage (23) dans la zone de feuillure (18) du cadre composite (2),
dans lequel- le cadre rapporté (3) et le cadre de base (13) présentent chacun des moyens qui forment ensemble une fonction d'encliquetage, de telle sorte que le cadre rapporté (3) et le cadre de base (13) peuvent être reliés entre eux par la fonction d'encliquetage lors du montage,- la zone de feuillure (18) est formée dans une zone partielle par le cadre rapporté (3) et dans une zone partielle par le cadre de base (13),- la fonction d'encliquetage entre le cadre rapporté (3) et le cadre de base (13) est conçue de telle sorte qu'après la liaison du cadre rapporté (3) avec le cadre de base (13) et avant l'insertion du remplissage (23), le cadre rapporté (3) est agencé de manière à pouvoir être déplacé par rapport au cadre de base (13) dans un plan parallèle au plan de remplissage (24), et- par l'insertion et la fixation du remplissage (23) dans la zone de feuillure (18) formée conjointement par le cadre rapporté (3) et le cadre de base (13), le cadre rapporté (3) est centré par rapport au cadre de base (13) et fixé au moins en grande partie,- caractérisé en ce que- le cadre rapporté (3) présente un seul ergot d'encliquetage (6) périphérique qui, avec une contre-dépouille (16) périphérique correspondante du cadre de base (13), forme la seule fonction d'encliquetage entre le cadre rapporté (3) et le cadre de base (13). - Cadre composite (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone de feuillure (18) s'étend essentiellement à plat, perpendiculairement au plan de remplissage (24) et au même niveau de hauteur, aussi bien dans la zone partielle formée par le cadre rapporté (3) que dans la zone partielle formée par le cadre de base (13).
- Cadre composite (2) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la pluralité de blocs de pontage ou de blocs de vitrage (26) reposent chacun sur au moins 10 % de leur largeur aussi bien sur la zone de feuillure (20) du cadre rapporté (3) que sur la zone de feuillure (19) du cadre de base (13).
- Cadre composite (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le cadre composite (2) est réalisé sous forme de cadre ouvrant (14) et le cadre rapporté (3) sert d'appui extérieur pour le remplissage (23).
- Cadre composite (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, du côté intérieur, une parclose (27) sert d'appui pour le remplissage (23).
- Cadre composite (2) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de base (13) présente sur son côté extérieur et à distance de la contre-dépouille (16) un retrait (17) - considéré dans la section transversale - qui, conjointement avec une came de soutien (8) - considérée dans la section transversale - du cadre rapporté (3) faisant saillie dans le retrait (17), provoque une limitation de la capacité de déplacement du cadre rapporté (3) par rapport au cadre de base (13).
- Cadre composite (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le cadre rapporté (3) est composé de profilés métalliques (4) individuels coupés en onglet, qui sont solidement reliés entre eux dans la zone d'angle par des raccords d'angle (31) et/ou par soudage.
- Cadre composite (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le cadre rapporté (3) présente une rainure de réception (11) pour un joint de vitrage (12).
- Cadre composite (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le remplissage (23), notamment un vitrage multiple (25), après l'insertion et la fixation du remplissage (23) dans la zone de feuillure (18) formée conjointement par le cadre rapporté (3) et le cadre de base (13), est relié à ce dernier par collage dans la zone de feuillure (19) du cadre de base (13).
- Cadre composite (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le remplissage (23), notamment un vitrage multiple (25), est relié au cadre rapporté (3) par collage.
