Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a fork element for use in a fastening structure, and to a fastening structure with such a fork element.
  • roof and facade constructions for larger roof areas, such as halls, are already known.
  • Such roof and facade constructions form a fastening structure for arranging roofing membranes.
  • the fastening structure is attached to a building and positions a large number of holding elements or clips.
  • the holding elements are attached to the fastening structure and are usually torpedo-shaped in cross-section, so that roofing membranes are laid across the holding elements at the edges, transverse to a longitudinal direction of the roofing membranes.
  • the roofing membranes are pre-formed at the edges.
  • Two roofing membranes laid in parallel usually overlap in the area of the retaining elements and can be connected to the evenly distributed retaining elements and thus also to the fastening structure by a deformation step.
  • Fastening structures are already known on which the holding elements are arranged in a fixed position.
  • EP 1 147 270 B1 A fastening rail with an elongated recess and lateral clamping edges is known. Holding elements can be pressed or screwed into the recess in such a way that they are fixed in place by the lateral clamping edges.
  • Such holding elements are usually manufactured as aluminum extrusions.
  • the EN 27 08 699 A1 describes a device for fastening a panel to a wall with supporting elements anchored in the wall that hold the panel elements.
  • the panel elements have a supporting profile that is guided in sliding pieces in a rotating or sliding manner at certain points via bead-like elevations.
  • the sliding pieces are connected to brackets anchored in the wall.
  • the DE 297 12 794 U1 describes a holding device for coupling plate-shaped components.
  • a holding element with a head part serves to support plate-shaped components and a foot part serves to couple the holding element to a support structure and to a connecting back.
  • the foot part is movably coupled to a support element.
  • the known fastening structures are attached to a building surface via separate foot sections.
  • the head section or the area of the roofing membranes serves to accommodate the holding elements and is fundamentally different from the foot sections. This means that a large number of different components are necessary to create such a fastening structure.

  • the fork element has at least two rounded receiving legs which form a substantially circular receiving space. Furthermore, the fork element has a fastening section.
  • the at least two receiving legs are preferably arranged opposite one another and form a receiving space for a pipe section of the holding rail.
  • the fastening section extends at an end of the fork element opposite the receiving legs.
  • Such a fork element can be attached on one side to a pipe section of the head-side and/or foot-side support rail and attached on one side to the connecting support via the attachment section. This allows the fork element to be used in both the head section and the foot section of the fastening structure.
  • the receiving legs are arranged on two opposite sides of the fork element.
  • the receiving legs are designed asymmetrically.
  • an asymmetrical design of the receiving legs enables a particularly strong relative pivoting of the holding rail to the fork element.
  • the support legs are designed symmetrically, they have the same extension or dimensions. Angles of 0° to 20° between the support rail and the fork element are possible.
  • the support legs In an asymmetrical design of the support legs, these have a different extension or different dimensions. This allows the purlin or the support rail to be pivoted more strongly around its longitudinal figure eight or a rotation axis of the pipe section. In particular, an asymmetrical shape of the support legs allows the setting of an angle
  • a maximum adjustable angle between the fork element and the support rail can be set up particularly easily from a technical perspective if the support legs on the opposite sides of the fork element have the same or different lengths.
  • a fastening structure in particular for roofs, walls and/or facades.

  • the support rails can be designed as purlins, which can be used in the area of the fastening surface or in the area of the roofing membranes.
  • support rails can run parallel to each other at defined intervals and thus cover a fastening surface or be distributed over the fastening surface.
  • the support elements can be attached to the head-side support rails in such a way that the roofing membranes or cover membranes run transversely, in particular orthogonally to the support rails.
  • the support rails have a support section and a tube section.
  • the support section and the tube section run parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of the support rail.
