- Dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une construction élastique (1223, 1224) est prévue sur l'obturation (122) et le bouchon (1220) est pressé sur l'obturation (122) par un élément élastique (1223) de la construction élastique.
- Dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'obturation (122) présente un tuyau de décharge (1227) au niveau de l'orifice de vidange (1225) sur la face inférieure et le tuyau de décharge (1227) est maintenu sur la face inférieure de l'obturation (122).
- Dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'obturation (122) présente, sur la face supérieure, une paroi cylindrique (1228) qui s'étend vers le haut.
- Dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble du récipient collecteur (12) est maintenu de façon amovible dans le dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11).
- Dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le récipient collecteur (12) présente un élément de liaison (123) qui s'étend du fond (120) du récipient collecteur (12) sur toute la hauteur du récipient collecteur (12).
- Dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le récipient collecteur (12) est un récipient ouvert vers le haut.
- Dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) présente une carcasse de réception (112) pour le récipient collecteur (12) qui est ouverte vers le bas.
- Appareil combiné comprenant un champ de cuisson (10) et un dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) est un dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13.
