Claims (9)

  1. Valve pour sachet pour un récipient sous pression, en particulier des boîtes sous pression (40), pour la distribution de produits visqueux à pâteux, avec un plaque de valve (3), un corps de valve (6) disposé sur le plaque de valve (3), une tige (5) guidée dans un évidement central du corps de valve (6) avec au moins une ouverture d'entrée (9) pouvant être libérée par actionnement de la tige pour le produit contenu dans le sachet (30), au moins une ouverture de sortie (10), un élément élastique (8) agissant sur la tige (5), des éléments d'étanchéité (12) agissant entre le plaque de valve (3) et le corps de valve (6) et entre le corps de valve (6) et la tige (5), ainsi qu'un sachet (30) disposé sur la valve (1) pour le produit à évacuer par la valve (1), le sachet (30) étant fixé sur un élément de retenue (2), qui présente un passage central (23), et l'élément de retenue (2) dispose d'un disque de retenue (22) s'étendant latéralement, qui est relié de manière étanche à une collerette (7) du corps de valve s'étendant verticalement du côté de la boîte,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le disque de retenue (22) et la collerette (7) sont fixés l'un à l'autre par une liaison par encliquetage, la collerette (7) présentant une saillie (16) périphérique extérieure, derrière laquelle s'engagent des encliquetages (25) disposés sur le disque de retenue (22), et un élément d'étanchéité (24) étant disposé entre le disque de retenue (22) et la collerette (7), l'élément d'étanchéité (24) étant un anneau 0 (24) disposé dans un logement (27) situé sur le bord du disque de retenue, qui assure l'étanchéité contre la paroi (15) à l'extrémité de la collerette (7) située du côté de la boîte, l'extrémité de la collerette (7) située du côté de la boîte étant inclinée et la pente étant dirigée vers l'intérieur de la boîte sur l'élément d'étanchéité (24) du disque de retenue (22).
  2. Valve pour sachet selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de retenue (2) présente un tenon central (21) orienté vers l'intérieur de la boîte pour fixer le sachet (30).
  3. Valve pour sachet selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le sachet (30) est collé ou soudé au tenon (21).
  4. Valve pour sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le sachet (30) est multicouche.
  5. Valve pour sachet selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps de valve (6) présente une rainure (14) s'étendant autour de la tige (5), dans laquelle est logé l'élément élastique (8) qui entoure la tige (5).
  6. Valve pour sachet selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément élastique (8) est formé d'un élastomère thermoplastique, d'un ressort hélicoïdal ou d'une combinaison de ceux-ci.
  7. Valve pour sachet selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que la tige (5) présente, à l'extrémité côté valve, une bague de retenue (11) servant de butée à l'élément élastique (8).
  8. Boîte à pression avec une valve pour sachet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7.
  9. Utilisation d'une valve pour sachet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 pour la distribution de produits visqueux ou pâteux à partir d'un récipient sous pression, en particulier d'une boîte à pression (40).
