Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de fixation pour la fixation d'un élément de fenêtre ou de façade (10) d'une façade, avec :
    a) une platine de base (2) pouvant être fixée à un plafond d'étage (1) ;
    b) une monture (14) appuyée sur la platine de base (2) et
    c) un élément de fixation (13) fixé à la monture (14), qui présente une patte verticale (18),
    dans lequel la patte verticale (18) et la monture (14) peuvent être assemblées par des premiers moyens de fixation (15) à un élément de maintien (29) disposé sur ou dans l'élément de fenêtre ou de façade (10), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (13) présente une saillie horizontale (20) et la saillie horizontale (20) peut être assemblée par des deuxièmes moyens de fixation (21) à l'élément de maintien (29) disposé sur ou dans l'élément de fenêtre ou de façade (10).
  2. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de maintien est conformé comme un bras horizontal d'une équerre d'assemblage (29) de l'élément de façade (10).
  3. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la saillie horizontale (20) est conformée comme une aile qui présente au moins un logement pour l'un des deuxièmes moyens de fixation (21).
  4. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est formé sur la monture (14) au moins un élément de guidage (16) qui dépasse vers la platine de base (2), se met en prise dans un creux (5) de la platine de base (2) et y est retenu avec possibilité de translation.
  5. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (16) est en forme de T en section.
