Definitions

  • the invention relates to a locking device for a blackout or shading device box of a blackout or shading device, in particular a roller shutter, an awning, a Venetian blind or a blind, which is designed for installation in a building and which has a box housing with an inspection opening that can be closed with the locking device.
  • roller shutter boxes In buildings, particularly in the upper section of window openings in the building wall. Often, so-called surface-mounted boxes are used, which are permanently attached to the window frame and securely fastened to it. Roller shutter boxes typically have an access panel through which the winding shaft and the roller shutter curtain can be reached. This access panel is usually closed with a simple cover, often consisting primarily of a plastic sheet. Accessing the winding shaft, the roller shutter curtain, or, if applicable, the drive motor for maintenance is often problematic because the cover cannot be easily removed, especially without causing damage. The cover is frequently wallpapered, painted, or plastered over, so that after removing the cover, painting and/or plastering work is often necessary to repair the damage caused by opening it.

  • the cable duct 48 has inwardly directed, spring-elastic hooks 50 designed to partially grip a cable (not shown here). This allows one or more cables to be inserted without having to hold them in place until the cable duct 48 is closed with a cable duct cover 51.
  • Figure 14 shows a cross-sectional view through the cable duct 43, in which the spring-loaded hooks 50 can be seen.
  • the cable duct 48 can be closed by snapping it shut with a cable duct cover 51.
  • FIG. 15 Figure 4 shows the locking device 4 of a further embodiment of a blackout or shading device box not according to the invention.
  • the locking device 4 has a cable channel 48.
  • the cable duct 48 has inwardly directed guide ribs 52.
  • the guide ribs 52 serve to facilitate the sorted and orderly insertion of at least one cable 49.
  • the guide ribs 52 can, in particular, be plate-shaped. Two guide ribs 52 are arranged side by side in pairs, parallel to each other. The guide ribs 52 are distributed along the longitudinal direction of the cable duct 48.
  • the cable duct 48 has inwardly directed spring-elastic hooks 51, in particular for partially gripping a cable 49. This makes it possible to insert one or more cables 49 without having to hold them until the cable duct 48 is closed.
  • the spring-elastic hooks 51 are arranged in groups of two along the The longitudinal direction of the cable duct 48 is arranged in a distributed manner.
