Claims (13)
- Abschirmungsanordnung (1) für ein Dachfenster (2), wobei das Dachfenster (2) eine Fensteröffnung, eine Rahmenstruktur (3) und eine Flügelstruktur (4) aufweist, die sich parallel zu der Dachfläche erstrecken und jeweils obere (3a, 4a) und untere Glieder (3d, 4d) und zwei zueinander parallele Seitenglieder (3b, 3c, 4b, 4c) aufweisen, wobei die Abschirmungsanordnung (1) Folgendes umfasst:einen Abschirmungskörper (11) mit zwei Seitenrändern und einer vordefinierten Länge zwischen einem ersten Endabschnitt und einem zweiten Endabschnitt, wobei der Abschirmungskörper (11) in einer Längsrichtung zwischen einer Nichtabschirmungsposition und einer ersten Abschirmungsposition bewegbar ist, in der der Abschirmungskörper (11) die Fensteröffnung im Wesentlichen abdeckt,ein oberes Gehäuse (23), das so ausgestaltet ist, dass es sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem oberen Glied der Rahmen- und Flügelstruktur erstreckt,eine in dem oberen Gehäuse (23) untergebrachte und mit Antriebsmitteln verbundene Wickelwelle (14), wobei die Antriebsmittel dazu ausgestaltet sind, die Wickelwelle (14) in einer Aufwickelrichtung und einer Abwickelrichtung zu drehen, wobei der erste Endabschnitt des Abschirmungskörpers (11) so mit der Wickelwelle (14) verbunden ist, dass der Abschirmungskörper (11) in der Nichtabschirmungsposition auf die Wickelwelle aufgewickelt ist,eine Wickelvorrichtung, die zumindest eine Wickelrolle (16) in Verbindung mit der Wickelwelle (14) umfasst,ein unteres Profil (15), das sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem oberen Gehäuse (23) zwischen zwei Enden (150) erstreckt und mit dem zweiten Endabschnitt des Abschirmungskörpers (11) verbunden ist,Seitenschienen (21, 22), die sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu einem jeweiligen Seitenglied der Rahmen- und Flügelstruktur erstrecken und zum Führen zumindest die Enden (150) des unteren Profils (15) ausgestaltet sind, ein Schnursystem, das zumindest eine Führungsschnur (12) mit einem ersten Ende in Verbindung mit der Wickelvorrichtung und einem zweiten Ende in Verbindung mit dem unteren Profil (15) aufweist und das zum Ausüben einer Spannkraft auf den Abschirmungskörper (11) ausgestaltet ist,zumindest ein Umlenkelement (10) für die zumindest eine Führungsschnur (12),eine in dem unteren Profil (15) untergebrachte Spannvorrichtung (13), die zumindest eine Federvorrichtung (131) zum Spannen der zumindest einen Führungsschnur (12) mit einer Federvorspannung umfasst,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas untere Profil (15) ferner eine Schutzvorrichtung (17) umfasst, die sich in Längsrichtung zwischen einem ersten Ende (171) und einem zweiten Ende (172) erstreckt, und dass die Spannvorrichtung (13) zumindest teilweise in der Schutzvorrichtung (17) zwischen dem ersten Ende (171) und dem zweiten Ende (172) aufgenommen ist, so dass die Spannvorrichtung (13) mit der Schutzvorrichtung (17) in dem unteren Profil (15) positioniert ist, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung als Dämpfungselement oder Schalldämpfer der Spannvorrichtung bezüglich des unteren Profils wirkt.
- Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (17) ein Verriegelungselement (177) umfasst, das von dem ersten Ende (171) der Schutzvorrichtung (17) vorsteht, und wobei das untere Profil (15) einen Aufnahmeraum (155) umfasst und wobei das Verriegelungselement (177) in einer formschlüssigen Verbindung mit dem Aufnahmeraum (155) in Eingriff steht.
- Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (17) eine röhrenförmige Konfiguration mit kreisförmigem, ovalem oder rechteckigem Querschnitt aufweist, vorzugsweise mit solchen Abmessungen, dass zumindest ein Kontaktpunkt zwischen dem Inneren der röhrenförmigen Konfiguration der Schutzvorrichtung (17) und der Spannvorrichtung (13) vorhanden ist.
- Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (17) einen im Wesentlichen rechteckigen, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen quadratischen Querschnitt aufweist, der eine erste Längsseite (173a) und eine gegenüberliegende zweite Längsseite (17b) sowie eine gegenüberliegende dritte und vierte Längsseite (173c, 173d) umfasst, wobei sich die erste bis vierte Längsseite (173a, 173b, 173c, 173d) jeweils zwischen dem ersten Ende (171) und dem zweiten Ende (172) der Schutzvorrichtung (17) erstrecken und wobei die zweite Längsseite (174) einen Schlitz (176) umfasst, wobei sich der Schlitz (176) über die gesamte Länge der zweiten Längsseite (173b) erstreckt.
- Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die erste Längsseite (173a) ein oder mehrere Scharniere (175) umfasst und wobei das eine oder die mehreren Scharniere (175) und der Schlitz (176) das Öffnen und Schließen der Schutzvorrichtung (17) gestatten, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (17) vorzugsweise entlang einer Achse symmetrisch ist, die sich durch das eine oder die mehreren Scharniere (175) erstreckt.
- Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei zumindest zwei Scharniere (175) vorgesehen sind und ein oder mehrere Spalte (174) zwischen benachbarten Scharnieren (175) vorhanden sind.
- Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei die Spannvorrichtung (13) ein Ausrichtungselement (135) umfasst und wobei der Schlitz (176) zur Aufnahme des Ausrichtungselements (135) ausgestaltet ist.
- Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Federvorrichtung der Spannvorrichtung (13) zumindest eine Druckfeder (131) umfasst, die in der Schutzvorrichtung (17) im Wesentlichen in ihrer Gesamtheit aufgenommen ist.
- Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (17) aus einem Kunststoff- oder Metallmaterial hergestellt ist.
- Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seitenschienen (21, 22) starr mit dem oberen Gehäuse (23) verbunden sind, wobei das obere Gehäuse (23) drehbar mit dem oberen Rahmenglied (3a) verbunden ist und wobei ein Satz von Beschlägen (6) mit dem Flügel (4) an oder nahe dem unteren Flügelglied (4d) verbunden sind, was zumindest eine Translations- und Rotationsbewegung der Seitenschienen (21, 22) bezüglich des Flügels (4) gestattet.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Abschirmungsanordnung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:a) Bereitstellen einer Abschirmungsanordnung, die Folgendes umfasst:einen Abschirmungskörper (11) mit zwei Seitenrändern und einer vordefinierten Länge zwischen einem ersten Endabschnitt und einem zweiten Endabschnitt,ein oberes Gehäuse (23),eine Wickelwelle (14), die in dem oberen Gehäuse (23) aufgenommen und mit Antriebsmitteln verbunden ist, wobei der erste Endabschnitt des Abschirmungskörpers (11) mit der Wickelwelle (14) verbunden ist,eine Wickelvorrichtung, die zumindest eine Wickelrolle (16) in Verbindung mit der Wickelwelle (14) umfasst,ein unteres Profil (15), das sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem oberen Gehäuse (23) erstreckt und mit dem zweiten Endabschnitt des Abschirmungskörpers (11) verbunden ist,Seitenschienen (21, 22),ein Schnursystem, das zumindest eine Führungsschnur (12) mit einem ersten Ende in Verbindung mit der Wickelvorrichtung und einem zweiten Ende in Verbindung mit dem unteren Profil (15) aufweist,zumindest ein Umlenkelement (10) für die zumindest eine Führungsschnur (12),eine Spannvorrichtung (13), die zumindest eine Federvorrichtung (131) umfasst,b) Bereitstellen einer Schutzvorrichtung (17), die sich in Längsrichtung zwischen einem ersten Ende (171) der Schutzvorrichtung (17) und einem zweiten Ende (172) der Schutzvorrichtung (17) erstreckt,c) Anordnen der Spannvorrichtung (13) in der Schutzvorrichtung (17) undd) Positionieren der Spannvorrichtung (13) mit der Schutzvorrichtung (17) in dem unteren Profil (15), wobei die Schutzvorrichtung als Dämpfungselement oder Schalldämpfer der Spannvorrichtung bezüglich des unteren Profils wirkt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die in Schritt b) bereitgestellte Schutzvorrichtung (17) eine erste Längsseite (173a) und eine gegenüberliegende zweite Längsseite (17b) sowie eine gegenüberliegende dritte und vierte Längsseite (173c, 173d) umfasst, wobei sich die erste bis vierte Längsseite (173a, 173b, 173c, 173d) jeweils zwischen dem ersten Ende (171) und dem zweiten Ende (172) der Schutzvorrichtung (17) erstrecken, wobei die zweite Längsseite (174) einen Schlitz (176) umfasst, wobei sich der Schlitz (176) über die gesamte Länge der zweiten Längsseite (173b) erstreckt, wobei die erste Längsseite (173a) ein oder mehrere Scharniere (175) umfasst und wobei das eine oder die mehreren Scharniere (175) und der Schlitz (176) das Öffnen und Schließen der Schutzvorrichtung (17) gestatten,wobei Schritt b) ferner das Bereitstellen der Schutzvorrichtung (17) in einem offenen Zustand umfasst undwobei Schritt c) ferner die folgenden Schritte umfasst:c.1) Ausrichten der Schutzvorrichtung auf die Spannvorrichtung undc.2) Schließen der Schutzvorrichtung um die Spannvorrichtung herum.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 11 und 12, wobei die bereitgestellte Spannvorrichtung (13) ferner ein Ausrichtungselement (135) umfasst, wobei Schritt c) ferner folgenden Schritt umfasst:
c.3) Ausrichten des Ausrichtungselements (135) der Spannvorrichtung (13) auf den Schlitz (176) der Schutzvorrichtung (17).
