Definitions
- the present invention relates to a new composition for coloring the hair comprising an amino acid, a protein, an alcohol, a mineral powder, a vegetable oil and a dye or a pigment, as well as a process for coloring the hair using implement said composition.
- dyeing is a hairstyling technique that allows hair to be colored permanently or temporarily.
- oxidation dyes To modify the color of the hair in a lasting way, one generally uses chemical treatments called oxidation dyes. These treatments allow a pigmentary modification of the hair in its cortex by denaturing its melanin. Such treatments make it possible to achieve a colored visual appearance, for a resistance of several months.
- a first treatment allowing hair coloring is thus based on the principle of the oxidative combination of two precursor components called base and coupler.
- the oxidation phase is carried out in the presence of hydrogen peroxide in a basic medium (pH between 9.5 and 10.5) with the use of ammoniacal solutions with a high swelling capacity of the fiber.
- This technology is particularly robust and compatible with all types of hair, but nevertheless requires strict compliance with the application conditions recommended by the suppliers, in particular in terms of precautions for use and pause time. They are also recognized as sensitizing and with high allergenic potential.
- the base used consists of an aromatic diamine such as paraphenylenediamine (PPD), 1,4-piaminobenzene, p-phenylenediamine or p-aminoaniline.
- PPD paraphenylenediamine
- 1,4-piaminobenzene 1,4-piaminobenzene
- p-phenylenediamine p-aminoaniline.
- the coupler itself consists of a diphenol such as resorcinol, resorcinol, 1,3-benzenediol, 1,3-dihydroxybenzene or m-dihydrobenzene. These components are also classified as toxic and dangerous.
- a second treatment is based on the use of powders of dye plants or of henna. Although we speak of 'vegetable coloring' and these treatments are considered more natural, they are not without consequences. Indeed, henna powders naturally contain traces of mercury and arsenic.
- the use of henna must in general be accompanied by the use of couplers such as sodium picramates and / or aromatic diamines (PPD) in order to obtain a visible result, more or less covering and lasting. in time. This treatment therefore also presents a risk of toxicity by skin contact.
- these treatments are incompatible with any other chemical or organic treatment since they leave an impenetrable envelope around the fiber preventing the passage of any other product.
- the use of other treatments such as straighteners, perms or lightening can also be at the origin of the destruction of the hair due to the interaction of traces of mercury with the ammonia present in them. .
- New complementary treatments have been developed to provide hair coloring without chemical damage. These treatments are based on the use of cationic dyes called direct dyes or basic dyes. These have a great affinity with keratin but do not have the capacity to cling in a lasting way to the hair. In fact, the cationic dye is deposited only at the periphery of the fiber so as not to damage the latter. Not very robust, this treatment quickly fades after a few shampoos.
- a subject of the present invention is therefore a composition for dyeing the hair comprising:
- a proteinogenic amino acid chosen from aspartic acid, glutamic acid, asparagine, carnitine, cysteine, glutamine, histidine, leucine, isoleucine, methionine, N-phenylalanine, proline, hydroxyproline, threonine, tryptophan, tyrosine, valine, glycine, alanine, serine, beta alanine, taurine, lysine and arginine or a salt thereof, d acid or base, organic or inorganic;
- composition according to the present invention allows effective and long-lasting coloring of the hair, according to an easier application process (without oxidizing mixing to be carried out and without prolonged pause time, the color setting being instantaneous) and preserving the quality of the hair. , in particular due to the absence of an oxidation phase in a basic medium, of aromatic diamine, of diphenol and of ammonia.
- dyes in particular cationic dyes, direct dyes and plant dyes.
- hair coloring means any treatment making it possible to transform the natural color of hair in order to revive its shades or to transform it completely;
- vegetable oil is understood to mean any fatty substance extracted from an oleaginous plant, that is to say a plant whose seeds, nuts or fruits contain lipids;

- the protein is of tertiary or quaternary structure;
- C x -C y -alkyl is understood to mean a saturated, linear or branched hydrocarbon-based chain, and comprising from x to y carbon atoms;
- alcohol means any linear or branched carbon chain containing from 1 to 10 carbon atoms substituted by a hydroxyl group, an aminoalcohol, an aldol or a ketol.
- alcohol denotes any linear or branched compound of formula C n H 2n + i OH in which n is an integer between 1 and 10;
- polyol is understood to mean any Ci-Cio-alkyl group substituted by at least two hydroxyl groups.

Description
- un acide aminé protéinogène choisi parmi l'acide aspartique, l'acide glutamique, l'asparagine, la carnitine, la cystéine, la glutamine, l'histidine, la leucine, l'isoleucine, la méthionine, la N-phenylalanine, la proline, l'hydroxyproline, la threonine, le tryptophan, la tyrosine, la valine, la glycine, l'alanine, la sérine, la béta alanine, la taurine, la lysine et l'arginine ou l'un de leurs sels, d'acide ou de base, organiques ou minéraux ;
- une protéine ;
- un alcool ;
- une poudre minérale ;

Exemple 1 - Composition selon l'invention
