Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble brûleur pour un appareil de cuisson comprenant une paroi périphérique (12) ayant une entrée de gaz (14) pour fournir du gaz de combustion par un injecteur disposé dans une position d'angle horizontal ou étroit et une base (10) au moins partiellement enfermée par la paroi périphérique (12) et un élément venturi (17) adjacent à une chambre de mélange (16) accessible par l'entrée de gaz (14) s'étendant le long de la base (10) ; un distributeur de flamme (30) transférant un mélange air-gaz fourni par la base (10) au moyen d'un canal de distribution correspondant (23) en s'alimentant à partir de la chambre de mélange (16) et évacuant de manière circonférentielle le mélange air-gaz à partir de multiples fentes (32). L'ensemble brûleur comprend en outre au moins une entrée d'air (18) qui est disposée directement au niveau de la paroi périphérique (12) et fournit de l'air ambiant à partir de la base (10) de manière à former la composition de mélange air-gaz avec le gaz de combustion en accédant à la chambre de mélange (16).
