Claims (15)

  1. Cartouche (1) pour nettoyer des installations telles que des incinérateurs, des échangeurs thermiques, des canaux de gaz de fumées et des silos, comprenant un logement, par exemple un manchon (2), contenant un mélange (5) pyrotechnique et/ou des constituants d'un mélange pyrotechnique et comprenant un détonateur (3) électrique pour initier la déflagration du mélange, comprenant en outre
    un boîtier (4) qui abrite le détonateur (3) et lequel boîtier (4) est fixé au logement (3) et mobile entre une première position, dans laquelle le détonateur (3) est isolé du mélange (5) pyrotechnique, et une seconde position, dans laquelle le détonateur (3) s'étend dans le mélange (5) pyrotechnique.
  2. Cartouche (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le boîtier (4) ou le détonateur (3) d'une part et le logement (2) d'autre part comprennent des pièces de mise en prise (9 ; 6) qui permettent de déplacer le détonateur (3) jusque dans le mélange (5) par glissement et/ou rotation relatifs du détonateur (3) et du logement (2).
  3. Cartouche (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle le boîtier (4) ou le détonateur (2) d'une part comprennent au moins une saillie (9) ou une rainure et le logement (2) d'autre part comprend une rainure (6) ou une saillie, respectivement.
  4. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le donneur (3) est situé à ou près de l'extrémité distale du boîtier (4) et exposé au moins latéralement.
  5. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le mélange (5) est une poudre en suspension, une poudre compactable ou une poudre compactée avec une cavité définie pour recevoir le détonateur (3).
  6. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le détonateur (3) est configuré pour initier une déflagration à un courant d'au moins cinq ampères, de préférence d'au moins dix ampères, de préférence d'au moins vingt ampères.
  7. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle, dans la première position du boîtier (4), le détonateur (3) est enfermé ou encapsulé par un matériau synthétique, tel qu'un polymère thermoplastique.
  8. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le logement (2) et/ou le boîtier (4) sont faits de ou stratifiés avec un matériau synthétique.
  9. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le logement (2) est étanche à l'eau et/ou à la poussière.
  10. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le logement (2) est enveloppé d'un matériau thermo-isolant et/ou d'un matériau absorbant liquide.
  11. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une pluralité de compartiments et dans laquelle les compartiments contiennent différents constituants du mélange (5) pyrotechnique.
  12. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la masse nette (NEM) du mélange est dans une plage de 20 à 1000 grammes.
  13. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le mélange (5) comprend un agent réducteur ou un carburant, tels que de la poudre noire, de l'aluminium, du bore, du titane et/ou du magnésium ; et un oxydant tel que du nitrate de sodium, du chlorate de potassium et/ou du perchlorate de potassium.
  14. Cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui est accouplée à un dispositif de commande par un ensemble de fils (8), lequel dispositif de commande est configuré pour mesurer en continu la résistance électrique des fils (8) et du détonateur (3).
  15. Système pour nettoyer des installations, telles que des incinérateurs, des échangeurs thermiques, des canaux de gaz de fumées et des silos, comprenant une cartouche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, une lance, qui est pourvue à son extrémité proximale d'une alimentation en liquide de refroidissement et d'un connecteur et/ou de fils électriques pour connecter le détonateur à un dispositif de commande et qui est pourvue à son extrémité distale d'une tête pour maintenir la cartouche et pourvue de sorties ou de conduits pour l'alimentation en liquide de refroidissement vers ou autour de la cartouche (1).
