Claims (7)

  1. Structure de module interne d'un outil d'emballage à cerclage automatique, comprenant :
    un module de tension (100) dans lequel une première puissance générée par un premier moteur dédié (110) disposé sur un côté arrière est transmise à un côté avant pour fournir une force de traction à une bande de plastique d'emballage ; et
    un module de soudage (200) qui est disposé sur un côté du module de tension (100), et dans lequel une unité de préhension (220) est ouverte ou fermée par une seconde puissance -1 due à la rotation axiale dans une direction avant d'un second moteur dédié (210) disposé sur un côté arrière dans le module de soudage (200) et l'unité de préhension (220) effectue linéairement un mouvement de va-et-vient par la seconde puissance -2 due à la rotation axiale dans un sens inverse du second moteur dédié (210) pour fournir une force de frottement à la bande de plastique à laquelle la force de traction est appliquée par l'intermédiaire du module de tension (100),

    un second arbre de sortie (221) qui est mené par la seconde puissance -2 et a un second élément excentrique formé sur une surface circonférentielle externe ;
