Claims (3)
- Spiralverdichter (10; 10A; 10B) mit:einem Gehäuse (20);einem im Gehäuse (20) untergebrachten Verdichtungsmechanismus (60), der aus einer feststehenden Spirale (70) und einer umlaufenden Spirale (80) besteht;eine Antriebswelle (50), die drehbar vom Gehäuse (20) getragen wird und zum Antreiben der umlaufenden Spirale (80) ausgelegt ist; undeinen Verdrehschutzmechanismus (90), der eine Drehung der umlaufenden Spirale (80) verhindert,wobei die feststehende Spirale (70) eine feststehende Endplatte (71), die relativ zum Gehäuse (20) nicht drehbar gelagert ist, und einen spiralförmigen feststehenden Spiralenkörper (73) umfasst, der von einer Plattenoberfläche (71a) der feststehenden Endplatte (71) aufgerichtet ist,wobei die umlaufende Spirale (80) eine scheibenförmige umlaufende Endplatte (81) umfasst, die dem feststehenden Spiralkörper (73) gegenüberliegt, und einen umlaufenden spiralförmigen Körper (82), der von einer ersten Plattenfläche (81a) der umlaufenden Endplatte (81) zum feststehenden Spiralenkörper (73) hin aufgerichtet ist und mit dem feststehenden Spiralenkörper (73) kombiniert ist, um eine Kompressionskammer (83) zu bilden,wobei die umlaufende Endplatte (81) drehbar von einer Exzenterwelle (51) getragen wird, die an einem Ende der Antriebswelle (50) vorgesehen ist,wobei der Drehschutzmechanismus (90) auseiner Vielzahl von kreisförmigen Vertiefungen (91) besteht, die in einer zweiten Plattenfläche (81b) auf einer der ersten Plattenfläche (81a) gegenüberliegenden Seite vorgesehen und in Umfangsrichtung der zweiten Plattenfläche (81b) angeordnet sind, auf der umlaufenden Endplatte (81), undeiner Vielzahl von Stiften (93), die sich von einem Wandabschnitt (31a) im Gehäuse (20) erstrecken, der der zweiten Plattenfläche (81b) der umlaufenden Endplatte (81) in der Vielzahl von Vertiefungsabschnitten (91) und einzeln mit inneren Umfangsflächen (91a) der Vielzahl von vertieften Abschnitten (91) direkt oder über ringförmige Elemente (92) in Eingriff stehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie umlaufende Endplatte (81) in einer äußeren Umfangsfläche (81c) davon mindestens eine Nut (111, 112; 112A; 112B) aufweist, die nicht mit der ersten Plattenfläche (81a) oder der zweiten Plattenfläche (81b) in Verbindung steht.
- Spiralverdichter nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Nut (112; 112A; 112B) zwischen mehreren nebeneinander liegenden Vertiefungsabschnitten (91) vorgesehen ist.
- Spiralverdichter nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Nut (112; 112A; 112B) an einer von der Vielzahl von aneinander angrenzenden Vertiefungsabschnitten (91) entfernten Position am tiefsten ist.
