Claims (11)
- Pneumatische Filterreinigungsvorrichtung für ein Luftabsaugsystem, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die pneumatische Filterreinigungsvorrichtung aufweist:eine Düse (34), die an einem ersten Ende einer Leitung (68) befestigt ist; undeine Kammer (60), die eine bewegliche Führung (62) umschließt, die mit einem zweiten Ende der Leitung (68) gekoppelt ist, wobei die Düse (34) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie einen Luftimpuls (76) abgibt, wenn ein Druck an der Kammer (60) oder der Düse (34) ein Schwellendruckniveau erreicht,wobei die bewegliche Führung (62) einen Nocken mit einer Nut (82) aufweist, der mit einem an einer gegenüberliegenden Fläche der Kammer (60) befestigten Nockenstößel gepaart ist,wobei eine Erhöhung des Drucks an der Düse (34) bewirkt, dass der Nocken sich um einen ersten Betrag relativ zu dem Nockenstößel dreht, wodurch die Düse (34) in eine erste Position relativ zu der Kammer (60) gedrängt wird, unddas Abgeben des Luftimpulses (76) den Druck auf unter das Schwellendruckniveau ändert, was dann bewirkt, dass der Nocken sich um einen zweiten Betrag relativ zu dem Nockenstößel dreht, wodurch die Düse (34) in eine zweite Position relativ zu der Kammer (60) gedrängt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Position einem ersten Abstand der Düse (34) entspricht, der sich von der Kammer (60) erstreckt, und wobei vorzugsweise die zweite Position einem zweiten Abstand der Düse (34) von der Kammer (60) nach der Abgabe des Luftimpulses (76) entspricht, wobei der zweite Abstand kleiner als der erste Abstand ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Nut (82) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie die Drehung der Führung (62) als eine Druckänderung an der Düse (34) führt, die die Düse (34) drängt, sich von der ersten Position zu der zweiten Position zu bewegen, wobei eine Bewegung der Düse (34), eine Bewegung der beweglichen Führung (62) bewirkt, oder wobei der Nocken so ausgebildet ist, dass er das Ausfahren der Leitung (68) zu der ersten Position mit einer ersten Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit als Reaktion auf einen Druckanstieg an der Düse (34) erzwingt, und das Einfahren der Leitung (68) zu der zweiten Position mit einer zweiten Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit als Reaktion auf den Luftimpuls (76) erzwingt, die größer als die erste Geschwindigkeit ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die ferner eine Feder aufweist, die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie die Düse (34) in Richtung der zweiten Position vorspannt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, ferner aufweisend einen Stoßfänger (64) in der Kammer (60), der so ausgebildet ist, dass er die Bewegung der Leitung (68) begrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei Druckluft durch einen Luftkompressor (30) bereitgestellt wird, der mit der Kammer (60) verbunden ist, und wobei vorzugsweise die Förderung der Druckluft von dem Luftkompressor (30) durch ein Ventil (80) geregelt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Düse (34) zu einer Oberfläche eines Filterelements (38) hin ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Düse (34) eine erste Düse (34A) ist, die an einer ersten Position auf der Leitung (68) angeordnet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung ferner eine zweite Düse (34B) aufweist, die an einer zweiten Position auf der Leitung (68) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, ferner aufweisend ein Ventil (80), das so ausgebildet ist, dass es als Reaktion auf ein Steuersignal von der Steuerschaltung (22) Druckluft in die Filterreinigungsvorrichtung fördert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, ferner aufweisend eine Steuerschaltung (22), die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie:eine oder mehrere Betriebsbedingungen eines Filtermediums überwacht;einen Wert des einen oder der mehreren Betriebsbedingungen ermittelt; undden Wert mit einer Liste von Schwellenwert-Betriebsbedingungswerten vergleicht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Steuerschaltung (22) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie das Ventil (80) so steuert, dass es öffnet, um Druckluft als Reaktion auf den Wert zu fördern, der einen ersten Schwellenwert-Betriebsbedingungswert der Liste von Schwellenwert-Betriebsbedingungswerten übersteigt, oder wobei die Steuerschaltung (22) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie einen Alarm als Reaktion auf den Wert erzeugt, der einen zweiten Schwellenwert-Betriebsbedingungswert der Liste von Schwellenwert-Betriebsbedingungswerten übersteigt, oder wobei der eine oder die mehreren Betriebsbedingungen einen statischen Druck, eine Druckänderung, einen Luftdurchsatz, eine Änderung des Luftdurchsatzes, eine Ladung, eine Menge an Ablagerungen, die am Filterelement abgeschieden wurden, oder einen Zeitpunkt der Filterverwendung aufweist.
