Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bahnsegment (10) für eine Sportbahn (12) mit einer gekurvten Bahnfläche, welches Bahnsegment (10) ausgebildet ist, stirnseitig (36) mit anderen Bahnsegmenten (10) zur Bildung der Sportbahn (12) zusammengesetzt zu werden. Jedes Bahnsegment (10) weist eine Betonschale (14) mit einer der Bahnfläche zugewandten ersten Seite (20) und einer der Bahnfläche abgewandten zweiten Seite (24) auf, wobei in der Betonschale (14) eine Bewehrung (16) und wenigstens eine sich über einen Großteil der Fläche des Bahnsegments (10) erstreckende Kühlmittelleitung (18) angeordnet ist, die zumindest zur ersten Seite der Betonschale (14) hin beabstandet ist. An der zweiten Seite (24) der Betonschale (14) ist eine Dämmschicht (22) aus einem thermisch isolierenden Material angeordnet.

Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Bahnsegment für eine Sportbahn, insbesondere Eisbahn, wie z.B. Rodelbahn oder Bobbahn.
  • Die WO 2013/062244 A1 beschreibt eine Bobbahn, die vor Ort unter Verwendung von geformten Bewehrungen und eines Stützgerüstes in Betonbauweise erstellt wird. Die Bobbahn enthält eingebettete Kühlmittelleitungen zur Kühlung der Bahn. Die EP 3243956 A1 beschreibt einen bewehrten Sportplatzbelag mit Kühlmittelleitungen, insbesondere für eine Eisbahn.
  • Stand der Technik
  • Sportbahnen, insbesondere Eis- und Bobbahnen werden bislang vor Ort gebaut. Bisher werden Kunsteisbahnen für Rodel, Bob und Skeleton für den Freizeit- und Leitungssport komplett auf der Baustelle manuell in herkömmlicher Weise durch Aufbau von Schalungen und Gießen der Bahn aus Ortbeton hergestellt. Der Bau vor Ort stellt die beteiligten Firmen vor große technische Herausforderungen. Die BetonOberfläche zur Aufnahme der mindestens 10 cm dicken Eisschicht muss Sichtbetonqualität haben auch wenn die Schalung oberhalb der Sichtbetonoberfläche (als sogenannte Gegenschalung) liegt. Die im Beton enthaltene Luft steigt an die Schalung und bleibt dort stehen. Die Lunker stellen dann eine Schwächung des Betonbauteiles dar. Ein weiteres Problem dabei besteht darin, dass teilweise die örtlichen Bedingungen für einen manuellen Aufbau klimatisch oder zugangsmäßig beschränkt oder ungünstig sind.
  • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher eine Sportbahn und ein Sportbahnelement zur Verfügung zu stellen, das die Nachteile des Standes der Technik überwindet und einen einfacheren Ausbau einer Sportbahn vor Ort ermöglicht. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Bahnsegment gemäß Anspruch 1 und eine Sportbahn gemäß Anspruch 17 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Aspekte, Details und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen, der Beschreibung sowie den Zeichnungen.
  • Die Erfindung schafft dahingehend ein Bahnsegment für eine Sportbahn mit einer gekurvten Bahnfläche, welches Bahnsegment ausgebildet ist, um stirnseitig mit anderen Bahnsegmenten zur Bildung der Sportbahn zusammengesetzt zu werden.
  • Jedes Bahnsegment weist dabei eine Betonschale mit einer der Bahnfläche zugewandten ersten Seite, und einer der Bahnfläche abgewandten zweiten Seite auf. In der Betonschale ist eine Bewehrung und wenigstens eine sich über einen Großteil der Fläche des Bahnsegments erstreckende Kühlmittelleitung angeordnet. Die Kühlmittelleitung ist vorzugsweise als flexibler Schlauch ausgebildet und übernimmt über ein Wärme-/Kühlmittel den Transport der Wärmeenergie zur die Bahnfläche bildenden ersten Seite der Betonschale.
  • Die zum Einsatz kommende Bewehrung kann entweder aus dem gebräuchlichen Baustahl oder aber Edelstahl, Carbon und Textil bestehen. Jede dieser Bewehrungstypen hat seine spezifischen Vor- und Nachteile, wie z.B. Verarbeitbarkeit, Preis und Lebensdauer.
  • Die wenigstens eine Kühlmittelleitung ist zumindest zur ersten Seite der Betonschale hin beabstandet, so dass sie unter der Oberfläche der Betonschale liegt. Vorzugsweise liegt die Kühlmittelleitung möglichst dicht unter der Oberfläche der Betonschale, so dass die Kühlwirkung zur Bahn hin optimiert ist und andererseits noch genug Stärke an Material der Betonschale zur Bahn hin verbleibt, damit die Stabilität im Betrieb gewährleistet ist.
  • An der zweiten Seite der Betonschale ist eine Dämmschicht aus einem thermisch isolierenden Material angeordnet, z.B. PU um einen "Kälteverlust" zur Bahnaußenseite zu minimieren. Das Bahnsegment ist somit äußerst effizient in der Kälteerzeugung zur Bahnseite hin. Ein derartiges Bahnsegment lässt sich somit äußerst einfach in der Fabrik vorfertigen und am Ort der Baustelle zu einer kompletten Sportbahn, insbesondere Eisbahn bzw. Bobbahn zusammensetzen. Hierdurch wird zum einen der Montageaufwand am Aufstellungsort wesentlich reduziert, was eine Aufstellung der Bahn auch an schwerer zugänglichen Stellen ermöglicht. Zudem sind aufgrund der Vorfertigung die gesamten Baukosten wesentlich geringer. Individuelle Bahnverläufe können durch entsprechend vorgefertigte Bahnsegmente für gerade Verläufe und Kurvenstücke beliebig zusammengesetzt werden. Die Bahnsegmente müssen nur stirnseitig verbunden und auf dem Boden verankert werden. Da die Vorfertigung der Bahnsegmente in der Fabrik unter kontrollierten Bedingungen stattfindet, ist auch die Qualität der hergestellten Sportbahn insgesamt wesentlich besser als beim Aufbau vor Ort. Diese neue Art des Kunsteiskanalbaues ermöglicht es daher, qualitativ besser, schneller, effektiver und kostengünstiger zu produzieren. Die Einrichtung einer Produktionsstraße in einem Fertigteilwerk und die Wiederverwendung von Schalungen für die einzelnen Bahnsegmente reduzieren die Kosten.
  • Prinzipiell kann die erste Seite der Betonschale die Bahnoberfläche bilden. Die erste Seite kann jedoch zusätzlich mit einer Schutzschicht, z.B. aus einem Polymer, überzogen sein, um die Betonschale beispielsweise gegen Witterungseinflüsse zu schützen.
  • Da die Abmessungen von Eiskunstbahnen für Bob und Skeleton internationalen Normen entsprechen müssen, wie z.B. Kurvenradien, Abstände der Seitenwände oder Überhöhung der Seitenwände, können die Bahnsegmente für diese unterschiedlichen Streckenabschnitte standardmäßig erstellt und vielfach verwendet werden, was enorme Kosten einspart.
  • Der Ausdruck "Betonschale" steht hier für die geformte ausgehärtete, meist kurvige Betonschicht des Bahnsegments, die den strukturell wesentlichen Bestandteil des Bahnsegments bildet. Die Betonschale hat nichts mit einer Schalung im herstellungstechnischen Sinne zu tun.
  • Für das Material der Betonschale sind anorganische Baustoffe auf Basis von Portlandzement sehr gut geeignet Energie in Form von Wärme zu transportieren.
  • Vorzugsweise hat das Bahnsegment an seiner Unterseite einen ebenen Standabschnitt, so dass es einfach mit einer vor Ort hergestellten Unterkonstruktion bzw. Fundament verbindbar ist.
  • Die Bahnsegmente sind beispielsweise mit einer Verbindungsschicht aus einem Polymerkleber auf dem Betonuntergrund bzw. Fundament befestigbar. Vorzugsweise weist der Standabschnitt des Bahnsegments alternativ/zusätzlich Stahlanker zur Verbindung mit einem insbesondere aus Beton bestehenden Unterbau bzw. Fundament für die Betonschale auf, so dass eine sichere und schnelle Verankerung der Bahn am Untergrund vorgenommen werden kann. Die Stahlanker ragen dann nach unten vor und haben Befestigungsmittel, wie Bohrungen, Gewinde oder dergleichen, die sich mit entsprechenden Gegenankern im Fundament verbinden lassen.
  • Als Unterbau für die Sportbahn wird vorzugsweise vor Ort ein massives Betonfundament mit glatter Oberfläche entsprechend dem Gefälle der Sportbahn angefertigt. Als Verbindungselemente zu den Bahnsegmenten werden die oben genannten Stahlanker verwendet, die entweder im Bahnsegment oder im Fundament verankert sein können. Zum Ausgleich eventueller Versatze der Einzelsegmente kann vorzugsweise eine Verbindungsschicht aus Hochleistungsmörtel oder Epoxidharz zwischen den Bahnsegmenten und dem Fundament angeordnet werden.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung stellt die Dämmschicht den Teil einer verlorenen Schalung zum Gießen der Betonschale dar. Somit fungiert die Dämmschicht zugleich als Teil der Gießform bei der Herstellung des Bahnsegments in der Fabrik. Das verringert die Menge an Herstellungsabfall und sichert andererseits eine enge Verbindung des Betons der Betonschale mit der Dämmschicht, insbesondere wenn die Dämmschicht zur Betonschale hin eine Rauigkeit und/oder Porosität aufweist.
  • Vorzugsweise erstreckt die wenigstens eine Kühlleitung sich mäanderförmig in der Betonschale, womit eine gleichmäßige und wirksame Kühlung der Bahnoberfläche gewährleistet wird.
  • In einer einfach zum montierenden Ausbildungsform der Erfindung weist das Bahnsegment stirnseitige Verbindungsflansche für die Kühlmittelleitung auf. Somit werden beim stirnseitigen Aneinandersetzen der Bahnsegmente zur Bildung der Sportbahn die Kühlmittelleitungen der aneinandergrenzenden Bahnsegmente vorzugsweise selbsttätig miteinander verbunden. Zudem wird die Gefahr menschlicher Fehler beim Anschließen der Kühlmittelleitungen minimiert.
  • Außenanschlüsse der Kühlmittelleitungen ragen vorzugsweise zur zweiten Seite des Bahnsegments, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Standfläche aus dem Bahnsegment heraus und erlauben den Anschluss an entsprechende Kühleinrichtungen oder Kühlmittelverteilereinrichtungen.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist der Beton der Betonschale schwindkompensiert, was es erlaubt, die Herstellungsabmessungen des Bahnsegments gleich den Endabmessungen zu wählen, was wiederum die Herstellung vereinfacht und weniger fehleranfällig macht.
  • An der Rückseite der Dämmschicht kann vorzugsweise noch eine Schutzschicht aus Polymer, Beton oder Polymerbeton ausgebildet sein, um die Dämmschicht bei der Montage und/oder im Betrieb vor Verletzungen zu schützen.
  • Vorzugsweise wird die Kühlmittelleitung auch zur zweiten Seite der Betonschale hin beabstandet, um die Kälteabgabe zur ersten Seite hin zu forcieren. Vorzugsweise ist dabei der Abstand der Kühlmittelleitung zur ersten Seite wesentlich geringer als zur zweiten Seite, so dass die Kühlwirkung nahe der Bahnoberfläche abgegeben wird, wo eine Eisschicht aufgebaut werden soll. Das Abstandsverhältnis liegt so vorzugsweise zwischen 1:2 und 1:10, insbesondere zwischen 1:3 und 1:5. Die Kühlwirkung wird somit optimiert, insbesondere da die zweite Seite außerdem durch die Dämmschicht isoliert ist.
  • Vorzugsweis ist die Kühlmittelleitung ist einem geringen Abstand von 1 bis 10 cm, insbesondere 1 bis 5 cm von der die Bahnfläche bildenden ersten Seite des Bahnsegments - und zugleich der Betonschale - angeordnet.
  • Vorzugsweise hat die Betonschale eine Stärke zwischen 5 und 30 cm, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 20 cm. Sie ist damit starr und kräftig genug für die konzipierte Benutzung, z.B. durch Vierer-Bobs. Andererseits kann die Stärke der Betonschale geringer gehalten werden als bei Vor-Ort Montagen, da die Herstellungsbedingungen der Bahnsegmente in der Firma definiert sind und zu besseren Festigkeitswerten der Betonschale als bei Vor-Ort Erstellung sind, z.B. zu weniger Lufteinschluss.
  • Die dünneren vorgefertigten Bahnsegmente können mit dem LKW bis zur Zielstation der Sportbahn transportiert werden, während der Transport zum Ort des Aufbaus entlang des Bahnverlaufs durch das vergleichsweise geringe Gewicht der Betonschale beispielsweise durch Hubschrauber erfolgen kann.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist die Dämmschicht eine Stärke zwischen 10 und 20 cm auf. Diese Stärke führt zu einer wirksamen Wärmeisolation, was die Kühlwirkung der Kühlmittelleitungen zur ersten Bahnseite leitet. Zudem wird das Bahnsegment durch die Dämmschicht nicht unhandlicher im Aufbau.
  • Vorzugsweise hat das Bahnsegment eine Länge von Stirnseite zu Stirnseite von 1 bis 5 m, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 3 m. Eine derartige Länge stellt einen guten Kompromiss dar zwischen Transportierbarkeit der einzelnen Bahnsegmente (z.B. Transport durch Hubschrauber), welche kurze Bahnsegmente favorisiert und der Minimierung des Aufwands zum Zusammensetzen der Bahnsegmente, was lange Bahnsegmente favorisiert.
  • Vorzugsweise sind die Kühlleitungen an der Bewehrung fixiert, was herstellungstechnisch den Vorteil hat, dass die Kühlmitteleitung nicht von außen fixiert werden muss, was wiederum Fehlstellen in der Betonschale mit sich bringen würde. Somit lässt sich ein Betonsegment mit einem optimierten Verlauf der Kühlmittelleitung einfach herstellen, ohne die Qualität der Betonschale zu beeinträchtigen.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die Kühlleitungen profiliert, insbesondere geriffelt, z.B. in Form von geriffelten Kühlschläuchen. Dies führt zum einen zu einer besseren "Verhakung" der Kühlmittelleitung im Beton der Betonschale. Zum anderen wird durch die entsprechend vergrößerte Oberfläche der Kühlmittelleitung der Wärmeübergang zur Betonschale verbessert.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls eine Sportbahn, insbesondere Eisbahn, wie z.B. Rodelbahn oder eine Bobbahn, die eine Anzahl stirnseitig aneinander gesetzter Bahnsegmente der oben beschriebenen Art umfasst, wobei die aneinander anliegenden Stirnseiten benachbarter Bahnsegmente miteinander verbunden sind. Die Verbindung kann erfolgen durch Zubetonieren des stirnseiteigen Spalts zwischen zwei Bahnsegmenten z.B. über ein kalkhaltiges oder organisches Bindemittel bzw. alternativ oder zusätzlich durch ein Dichtungsmittel auf Polymerbasis. Die Bahnsegmente werden damit zu einer zusammenhängenden fugenlosen Sportbahn verbunden.
  • Zudem kann vorzugsweise zwischen den Bahnsegmenten eine Polymerdichtung angeordnet sein, die ein gewisses Spiel erlaubt und damit einen Puffer für jahreszeitliche Wärmedehnungen der Bahnsegmente darstellt, die sich bei einer einteiligen Bahn aufsummieren würden.
  • Die Kühlmittelleitungen können in einer Ausführungsform durch stirnseitige Anschlussflansche beim Verbinden der Bahnsegmente vorzugsweise selbsttätig miteinander verbunden werden. In diesem Fall sind jedoch die Kühlmittelleitungen aller benachbarten Bahnsegmente mit stirnseitigem Anschlussflansch miteinander verbunden.
  • In einer alternative Ausführungsform kann daher die Kühlmittelleitung jedes Bahnsegments an der Rückseite herausgeführt und mit einer Kühlmittelverteilereinrichtung verbunden sein, die zwar die Kühlmittelleitungen der einzelnen Bahnsegmente miteinander verbindet, die es aber auch gestattet, die Kühlmittelleitung(en) einzelner Bahnsegmente abzusperren, was einen Austausch des entsprechenden Bahnsegments ermöglicht, ohne das Kühlmittel aller Bahnsegmente ablassen zu müssen.
  • Es ist auch möglich, die oben beschriebenen Verbindungsarten für die Kühlmittelleitungen zu kombinieren, was dann z.B. mehrere Bahnsegmente zu Streckenabschnitten verbinden könnte, die nur gemeinsam geleert werden können. Entsprechend wären dann zwischen den Bahnsegmenten des selben Streckenabschnitts stirnseitige Anschlussflansche vorgesehen und die äußersten Bahnsegmente des Streckenabschnitts wären an eine Kühlmittelverteilereinrichtung angeschlossen. Zudem lässt sich über die Kühlmittelverteilereinrichtungen der Kühlmittelstrom durch einzelne Bahnsegmente oder Streckenabschnitte einstellen.
  • Selbstverständlich lassen sich statt einer Kühlmittelleitung mehrere Kühlmittelleitungen in dem Bahnsegment anordnen, was den Vorteil hätte, dass die Regulierung der Kühlleistung einfach über das Abschalten von Kühlmittelleitungen erfolgen kann. Auf diese Weise kann z.B. die Kühlleistung an die Außentemperatur angepasst werden.
  • Es versteht sich, dass die Start und Zielbereiche der Sportbahn, wie auch ein Skisprungschanzenteller ebene Bahnsegmente erfordert.
  • Folgende Ausdrücke werden synonym verwendet: Sportbahn - Eisbahn - Rodelbahn - Bobbahn; Unterbau - Fundament - Betonfundament;
  • Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
  • Die Erfindung soll nachfolgend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen im Zusammenhang mit den Zeichnungen näher erläutert werden. Es zeigen

    einen vertikalen Schnitt durch ein Bahnsegment einer Sportbahn gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung;

    eine schematische Darstellung des in eine Ebene aufgeklappten Verlaufs der Kühlmittelleitung in den drei Bahnsegmenten aus Fig. 2.
    Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen vertikalen Schnitt durch ein Bahnsegment 10 einer Sportbahn 12, die aus stirnseitig miteinander verbundenen Bahnsegmenten 10 besteht.
  • Jedes Bahnsegment 10 besteht aus einer Betonschale 14, in der eine Bewehrung 16 und eine Kühlmittelleitung 18 angeordnet ist, die mit der Bewehrung 16 verbunden ist. Die Kühlmittelleitung 18 ist in einem geringen Abstand von 1 bis 10 cm, insbesondere 1 bis 5 cm von der die Bahnfläche bildenden ersten Seite 20 der Betonschale 12 angeordnet.
  • An der Rückseite 24 der Betonschale 14 ist eine Dämmschicht 22 angeordnet, die bereits in einem Fertigteilwerk mit der Betonschale 14 verbunden wird. Da die Bahnsegmente 10 komplett in dem Werk vorgefertigt werden, können sie unter definierten Bedingungen herstellungsoptimiert gefertigt werden. Auf diese Weise wird eine geringe Porosität der Betonschale erzielt als auch eine gute Verbindung der Betonschale 14 mit der Dämmschicht 22. Dies trifft vor allem zu, wenn die Dämmschicht 22 eine verlorene Schalung im Gieß- bzw. Herstellungsprozess der Betonschale 14 darstellt.
  • An der Rückseite der Dämmschicht 22 kann optional noch eine Schutzschicht aus einem harten Polymer, aus Beton oder Polymerbeton angeordnet sein, um die Dämmschicht 22 im Verlauf der Montage und des Gebrauchs der Sportbahn zu schützen.
  • Das Bahnsegment ruht auf einem vor Ort hergestellten Fundament 26 aus herkömmlichen Baubeton. Zwischen dem Fundament 26 und dem ebenen Standabschnitt 28 des Bahnsegments 10 ist eine Verbindungsschicht 30 aus einem Hochleistungsmörtel oder einem Epoxidharz angeordnet, in welchem das Bahnsegment 10 am Betonfundament 26 festgelegt, z.B. verklebt wird. Durch diese Verbindungsschicht 30 werden auch Fertigungstoleranzen, Ungenauigkeiten in der Planheit zwischen Bahnsegment 10 und Betonfundament 26 ausgeglichen.
  • Zusätzlich können im Standabschnitt 28 Betonanker 32 angeordnet sein, die mit Gegenankern 34 im Betonfundament 26, z.B. über Schraubverbindungen verbindbar sind.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt die Aufsicht gemäß II aus Fig. 1 mit drei miteinander verbundenen Bahnsegmenten 10, die an ihrer Stirnseite 36 miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Verbindungsbereich der einander zugewandten Stirnseiten 36 benachbarter Bahnsegmente über ein kalkhaltiges Verbindungsmittel und/oder durch ein Polymer mit Dichteigenschaften schließbar ist.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt den mäanderförmigen Verlauf der Kühlmittelleitung 18 in jeder Betonschalung 14, wobei die Betonschalung hier in die Zeichenebene aufgeklappt ist. Die Kühlmittelleitungen 18 benachbarter Bahnsegmente 10 sind über Anschlussflansche 38, 40 miteinander verbindbar, die optional selbsttätig miteinander dicht abschließen, wenn die benachbarten Bahnsegmente 10 miteinander verbunden werden. Die einander zugewandten Anschlussflansche 38, 40 können einen gegenüber den Kühlmittelleitungen 18 etwas erweiterten Durchmesser aufweisen, der den Einsatz einer Dichthülse ermöglicht, ohne den freien Fließdurchmesser für das Kühlmittel zu beeinträchtigen.
  • Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt sondern kann im Schutzbereich der nachfolgenden Patentansprüche variiert werden.

Claims (16)

  1. Bahnsegment (10) für eine Sportbahn (12) mit einer gekurvten Bahnfläche, welches Bahnsegment (10) ausgebildet ist, stirnseitig (36) mit anderen Bahnsegmenten (10) zur Bildung der Sportbahn (12) zusammengesetzt zu werden, wobei jedes Bahnsegment (10) eine Betonschale (14) mit einer der Bahnfläche zugewandten ersten Seite (20) und einer der Bahnfläche abgewandten zweiten Seite (24) aufweist, wobei in der Betonschale (14) eine Bewehrung (16) und wenigstens eine sich über einen Großteil der Fläche des Bahnsegments (10) erstreckende Kühlmittelleitung (18) angeordnet ist, die zumindest zur ersten Seite der Betonschale (14) hin beabstandet ist, und dass an der zweiten Seite (24) der Betonschale (14) eine Dämmschicht (22) aus einem thermisch isolierenden Material angeordnet ist.
  2. Bahnsegment (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es an seiner Unterseite einen ebenen Standabschnitt (28) aufweist.
  3. Bahnsegment (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Standabschnitt (28) Stahlanker (32) zur Verbindung mit einem insbesondere aus Beton bestehenden Unterbau (26) für die Betonschale (14) aufweist.
  4. Bahnsegment (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmschicht (22) den Teil einer verlorenen Schalung zum Gießen der Betonschale (14) darstellt.
  5. Bahnsegment (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Kühlleitung (18) sich mäanderförmig in der Betonschale (14) erstreckt.
  6. Bahnsegment (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es stirnseitige Verbindungsflansche (38, 40) für die Kühlmittelleitung (18) aufweist.
  7. Bahnsegment (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beton der Betonschale (14) schwindkompensiert ist.
  8. Bahnsegment (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühlmittelleitung (18) auch zur zweiten Seite (24) der Betonschale (14) hin beabstandet ist.
  9. Bahnsegment (10) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Kühlmittelleitung (18) zur ersten Seite (20) geringer ist als zur zweiten Seite (24).
  10. Bahnsegment (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betonschale (14) eine Stärke zwischen 5 und 30 cm, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 20 cm aufweist.
  11. Bahnsegment (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Länge von Stirnseite zu Stirnseite von 1 bis 5 m, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 3 m aufweist.
  12. Bahnsegment (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühlmittelleitungen (18) an der Bewehrung fixiert sind.
  13. Bahnsegment (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühlmittelleitungen (18) profiliert, insbesondere geriffelt sind.
  14. Sportbahn umfassend eine Anzahl stirnseitig aneinander gesetzter Bahnsegmente (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die aneinander anliegenden Stirnseiten (36) benachbarter Bahnsegmente (10) miteinander verbunden sind.
  15. Sportbahn nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahnsegmente (10) über ein kalkhaltiges oder organisches Bindemittel verbunden sind.
  16. Sportbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühlmittelleitungen (18) der Bahnsegmente (10) über Verteilereinrichtungen miteinander verbunden sind.
