Claims (12)
- Einstückiges Eckstück (3), welches dazu bestimmt ist, in einem Gerüst verwendet zu werden, das durch den Zusammenbau von Profilen (20) gebildet wird, wobei sich das Eckstück in einer Längsrichtung genannten Richtung (A) erstreckt und entlang dieser Längsrichtung einen sogenannten oberen Teil und einen sogenannten unteren Teil umfasst, wobei das Eckstück (3) umfasst:- ein Winkelprofil, das sich entlang der Längsrichtung zwischen einem oberen Ende und einem unteren Ende erstreckt,- wobei dieses Winkelprofil zwei freie Ränder umfasst, die nach innen umgebogen sind, so dass sie zwei Längsflügel (300, 310) bilden und eine Konkavität (32) begrenzen, wobei jeder Längsflügel (300, 310) eine Innenseite genannte Seite, die dem Inneren der Konkavität (32) zu gewandt ist, und eine gegenüberliegende, Außenseite genannte Seite aufweist,- wobei das Eckstück auf der Außenseite jedes Längsflügels mindestens ein Montageelement (301a, 301b, 311a, 311b) vom Stecktyp umfasst, das sich entlang einer Richtung erstreckt, die zu der von der Außenseite des Flügels gebildeten Ebene senkrecht ist,- eine erste, winkelförmige Aussteifung (33), die quer in die Konkavität eingefügt ist,- eine zweite, rechteckige Aussteifung (34), die quer in die Konkavität eingefügt ist, wobei die zweite Aussteifung mehrere Bohrungen (340) für den Durchgang von Befestigungsschrauben (5) aufweist.
- Eckstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die erste Aussteifung (33) in der Querebene des oberen Endes des Winkelprofils befindet.
- Eckstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die zweite Aussteifung (34) in der Querebene des unteren Endes des Winkelprofils befindet.
- Eckstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Längsflügel (300, 310) zwei unterschiedliche Montageelemente (301a, 301b, 311a, 311b) vom Stecktyp trägt, und dadurch, dass an jedem Längsflügel die zwei Montageelemente verschiedene Längen aufweisen.
- Eckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Aussteifung (33) mehrere Bohrungen (330) für den Durchgang von Werkzeugen aufweist.
- Eckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Längsflügel (300, 310) mehrere Bohrungen (302, 312) für den Durchgang von Befestigungsschrauben (4) aufweist.
- Eckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Winkelprofil zwei Längsflanken (30, 31) umfasst, die mehrere Bohrungen (303, 313) für den Durchgang von Werkzeugen aufweisen.
- Eckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Aussteifung (34) eine zentrale Öffnung (341) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Innenvolumen eines Pfostens (1) in Verbindung zu stehen.
- Eckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Gitter (35) umfasst, das sich senkrecht zu der von der zweiten Aussteifung (34) gebildeten Ebene erhebt und entlang von zwei einen rechten Winkel bildenden Ebenen in der Verlängerung jedes Längsflügels (300, 310) hergestellt ist.
- Eckstück nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gitter (35) mehrere Bohrungen (350) für den Durchgang von Schrauben aufweist.
- Eckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Längsflügel (300, 310) von einem Langloch (304, 314) für den Durchgang von elektrischen Kabeln durchbrochen ist.
- Gerüst für eine Schutzanlage, welches mehrere Pfosten (1) umfasst, wobei am oberen Ende jedes Pfostens ein Eckstück befestigt ist, wobei jedes Eckstück dazu bestimmt ist, zwei Profile (20) eines oberen Rahmens (2) zu stützen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Eckstück wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 definiert beschaffen ist.
