Claims (9)

  1. Porte ou fenêtre coulissante à levage comprenant :
    - un cadre fixe (T) à monter au niveau du périmètre d'une ouverture dans la maçonnerie et comprenant un montant vertical sur lequel est formé au moins un boîtier (T1),
    - un vantail (A) comprenant un panneau de verre et un châssis pour ledit panneau de verre, ledit châssis présentant un montant vertical sur lequel est formé au moins un boîtier (A1) ; ledit vantail (A) pouvant coulisser dans une direction d'ouverture et de fermeture (X) entre une position fermée, dans laquelle ledit montant vertical du châssis bute sur le montant vertical du cadre fixe (T) pour fermer l'ouverture de la maçonnerie, et une position ouverte, dans laquelle on éloigne le montant vertical dudit châssis par rapport audit montant vertical du cadre (T) pour permettre l'accès à ladite ouverture de la maçonnerie ;
    - au moins un dispositif de réglage (100) pour porte ou fenêtre coulissante à levage monté dans ledit boîtier (T1, A1) de l'un dudit vantail (A) et dudit cadre fixe (T), ledit dispositif (100) comprenant :
    - un élément de support (10) inséré dans ledit boîtier (T1, A1) formé dans l'un du cadre (T) et du vantail (A), ledit élément de support (10) présentant une première paroi (11a) et une seconde paroi (11b) sensiblement opposée à ladite première paroi (11a) ;
    - un siège support (12) formé sur la première paroi (11a) de l'élément de support (10) et s'étendant à travers l'élément de support (10) en direction de la seconde paroi (11b) ;
    - une tige réglable (20) logée dans ledit siège support (12) et comprenant une extrémité de tête (21a), faisant saillie de manière opérationnelle depuis ledit siège support (12) et pouvant s'engager dans un guide (G) placé dans ledit boîtier (T1, A1) obtenu dans l'autre dudit cadre (T) et dudit vantail (A) de manière à verrouiller ledit vantail (A) dans ladite position fermée, et une extrémité de base (21b) insérée dans ledit siège support (12), ladite tige réglable (20) étant déplaçable le long du siège support (12) pour prendre une pluralité de positions stables comprises entre une première position d'insertion maximale de la tige réglable (20) dans le siège support (12) et une deuxième position d'insertion minimale de la tige réglable (20) dans le siège support (12) ;
    - des moyens de verrouillage (30) configurés pour verrouiller la tige réglable (20) dans une desdites positions stables dans le siège support (12) ;
    - au moins un guide (G) monté dans le boîtier (T1, A1) de l'autre dudit vantail (A) ou cadre fixe (T) et configuré pour engager ladite extrémité de tête (21a) de la tige réglable (20) quand ledit vantail (A) se trouve en position fermée ;
    caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage (30) comprennent :
    - un siège de serrage (33) obtenu dans ledit élément de support (10) et s'étendant transversalement par rapport audit siège support (12) entre une section d'admission placée sur la première paroi (11a) de l'élément de support (10) et une section de sortie conduisant dans le siège support (12) ;
    - une vis de blocage sans tête (34) déplaçable le long dudit siège de serrage (33) entre une position de fonctionnement, dans laquelle ladite vis de blocage sans tête (34) est placée à proximité de la section de sortie pour s'engager avec la tige réglable (20) et empêcher le mouvement de celle-ci, et une position de libération, dans laquelle ladite vis de blocage sans tête (34) est distale par rapport à la section de sortie pour permettre un mouvement de la tige réglable (20).
  2. Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la position de ladite tige réglable (20) le long du siège support (12) est réglable de façon continue entre ladite première position et ladite deuxième position.
  3. Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ladite tige réglable (20) est déplaçable entre ladite première position et ladite deuxième position et vice-versa par un mouvement de translation.
  4. Porte ou fenêtre selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ladite tige réglable (20) est déplaçable entre ladite première position et ladite deuxième position et vice-versa par un mouvement de vissage.
  5. Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle ladite tige réglable (20) comprend un corps principal (21c) compris entre ladite extrémité de tête (21a) et ladite extrémité de base (21b), le corps principal (21c) présentant une première partie filetée (22a) s'étendant à partir de ladite extrémité de base (21b) et une seconde partie non filetée (22b) s'étendant à partir de ladite extrémité de tête (21a).
  6. Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ladite première partie filetée (22a) présente une longueur qui est environ la même que la longueur du siège support (12) de manière à ce que ladite seconde partie non filetée (22b) se projette depuis le siège support (12) également quand la tige réglable (20) se trouve dans ladite première position d'insertion maximale de la tige réglable (20) dans le siège support (12).
  7. Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite tige réglable (20) comprend sur l'extrémité de tête (21a) un boîtier profilé (23) configuré pour recevoir un outil de réglage adapté à entraîner le déplacement de la tige réglable (20) entre lesdites première et deuxième positions.
  8. Procédé de réglage d'une porte ou fenêtre coulissante à levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, ledit procédé comprenant l'étape : agir directement sur ladite tige réglable (20) pour la déplacer entre la première position d'insertion maximale et la deuxième position d'insertion minimale de manière à positionner ladite tige réglable (20) dans une position de compensation comprise entre ladite pluralité de positions stables.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, comprenant en outre les étapes :
    - desserrer les moyens de verrouillage (30) pour verrouiller le dispositif de réglage (100) avant l'étape consistant à agir sur la tige réglable (20) ;
    - serrer les moyens de verrouillage (30) après l'étape consistant à agir sur la tige réglable (20) pour la verrouiller dans ladite position de compensation.
