Claims (9)
- Procédé d'impression d'au moins une surface étroite (17) d'une pièce à travailler (11), en particulier une pièce à travailler (11) qui est réalisée au moins partiellement en bois, en un matériau dérivé du bois, en une matière plastique, en une matière composite ou similaires et qui est pourvue au moins par endroits d'un matériau de revêtement, présentant les étapes suivantes- des informations de surface (23) d'au moins une surface de pièce à travailler, qui est contigüe à la surface étroite (17) à imprimer, sont détectées de manière optique au moins par endroits par un dispositif de détection (13),- les informations de surface (23) détectées sont transmises à une commande d'impression (24) et la commande d'impression (24) détermine, en fonction des informations de surface (23) détectées, des informations d'impression pour la commande d'une unité d'impression (12), dans lequel- un processus d'impression est commandé par les informations d'impression, par lequel un décor de surface étroite (27) est imprimé sur la surface étroite (17), lequel est adapté à une étendue de décor de la surface de pièce à travailler détectée de manière optique, et- la surface de pièce à travailler détectée de manière optique présente un décor de pièce à travailler (19) qui correspond à un extrait de décor (21) du modèle de décor (22) déterminé, dans lequel l'extrait de décor (21) correspondant du modèle de décor (22) est déterminé en position précise par la commande d'impression (24) en utilisant les informations de surface (23) détectées et/ou des dimensions de pièce à travailler et les informations d'impression sont déterminées pour l'impression du décor de surface étroite (27) à partir d'au moins une zone de décor (26) du modèle de décor (22).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, pour lequel la commande d'impression (24) détermine de plus à l'aide des informations de surface (23) détectées un modèle de décor (22) correspondant d'un ensemble de données de décor et les informations d'impression sont déterminées ou dérivées pour la commande du processus d'impression du modèle de décor (22).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, pour lequel les informations d'impression sont de plus déterminées pour l'impression du décor de surface étroite (27) d'une zone de décor (26) du modèle de décor (22) qui est contigüe dans le modèle de décor (22) à l'extrait de décor (21) du décor de pièce à travailler (19), dans lequel cette zone de décor (26) est imprimée sur la surface étroite (17) de manière à ce qu'une étendue de décor adaptée soit réalisée entre le décor de pièce à travailler (19) de la surface de pièce à travailler et le décor de surface étroite (27) de la surface étroite (17).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour lequel l'unité d'impression (24) est de plus positionnée par un dispositif de positionnement (15) vers la surface étroite (17), dans lequel l'unité d'impression (24) est agencée en fonction des informations de surface (23) détectées dans une position définie vers la surface étroite (17) et le processus d'impression est commandé de manière adaptée à l'étendue de décor du décor de pièce à travailler (19) de la surface de pièce à travailler.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour lequel un mouvement de transport (F) continu ou discontinu de la pièce à travailler (11) ou un mouvement de déplacement continu ou discontinu de l'unité d'impression (24) est de plus réalisé pendant la détection des informations de surface (23) et/ou pendant la réalisation du processus d'impression.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, pour lequel les informations de surface (23) d'une zone de bord de la surface de pièce à travailler qui est contiguë à la surface étroite (17) à imprimer, sont de plus détectées de manière optique et les informations d'impression sont déterminées ou dérivées pour l'impression du décor de surface étroite (27) à partir des informations de surface (23) détectées de la zone de bord.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour lequel la détection des informations de surface (23) et la réalisation du processus d'impression sont de plus réalisées pour l'impression du décor de surface étroite (27) en temps réel, de préférence de façon directement successive.
- Dispositif d'impression (10) pour l'impression d'au moins une surface étroite (17) d'une pièce à travailler (11), en particulier pièce à travailler (11) qui est réalisée au moins partiellement en bois, en un matériau dérivé du bois, en une matière plastique, en un matériau composite ou similaires et qui est pourvue au moins par endroits d'un matériau de revêtement, avec au moins une unité d'impression (24) pour l'impression de l'au moins une surface étroite (17) de la pièce à travailler (11), dans lequel l'unité d'impression (24) et/ou la pièce à travailler (11) sont prévues de manière mobile l'une par rapport à l'autre pour la mise en oeuvre du processus d'impression, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de détection (13) est prévu, par lequel des informations de surface (23) au moins d'une surface de pièce à travailler contigüe à la surface étroite (17) à imprimer sont aptes à être détectées de manière optique, au moins par endroits, de même qu'une commande d'impression (24), par laquelle un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 est apte à être mis en oeuvre pour la commande de l'au moins une unité d'impression (12).
