Claims (10)
- Eine Ladung Schließsystem , insbesondere an Fracht Wagen ausgestattet mit Rinnen (6), bestehend aus : - einem Satz Gleitschienen Verriegelung Arme (1) und ihre Führung Rohre (2), Antrieb Schrauben (3) und Muttern (7), wobei der Satz von Gleit Verriegelung Arme (1) ist montiert auf ihren Führung Rohre (2), die Sind parallel zum Antrieb Schrauben (3), wobei der Antrieb Schrauben mit den Muttern (7) zusammenwirken , dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass jede Schraube (8) ist ausgestattet mit einem Elektromotor (4), der mit seinem Ende (3') mittels einer Klaue verbunden ist Kupplung (5) und dass die Last Schließsystem besteht aus- ein elektronisch Kontrollsystem mit Ultraschall Sensoren (9),- ein unabhängige Macht Versorgungssystem .
- System nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die Elektromotoren (4) Schrittmotoren .
- Ein System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Elektromotoren (4 ) integriert mit einer gemeinsamen unabhängigen Macht Versorgungssystem .
- Eine Kombination aus einem mit Mulden (6) ausgestatteten Güterwagen und einem System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 3 , wobei die einer einzelnen Mulde ( 6 ) zugeordneten Elektromotoren (4) verbunden mit einem lokalen Steuereinheit (10 ) gekoppelt mit mindestens einen Ultraschallsensor (9) für jeden Trog (6) Erfassen der Ladung in den Trogen (6).
- Eine Kombination nach Anspruch 4 , wobei der Ultraschallsensor befindet sich im mittleren Teil der Mulde (6) des Wagens.
- Eine Kombination nach Anspruch 4 , wobei die elektronische Kontrollsystem , abgesehen von Ultraschall Sensoren (9), besteht aus lokalen Kontrolle Einheiten (10), Steuerung Panels (12) und eine zentrale Steuereinheit (11) verantwortlich für sequentielle Vorschieben und Zurückziehen der Arme (1) Blocker in aufeinanderfolgenden Tröge (6),
- EIN Kombination nach Anspruch 4 oder 6 , wobei die unabhängige Stromversorgung Das Versorgungssystem besteht aus einem Generator (14), einer Batterie (13) und einem Laderegler (15).
- Eine Kombination nach Anspruch 7 , wobei der Generator (14 ) im Achslager des Waggonradsatzes montiert .
- Ein System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb Schrauben (3) und die mit ihnen zusammenwirkenden Muttern ( 7) mechanisch mit der Verriegelung verbunden Arme (1), sind ausgestattet mit einer selbsthemmenden Faden .
- Ein System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gegenüberliegende Ende (3") der Schraube (3 ) ausgestattet mit einem geformten Spitze (8) zum Anschluss des Not-fahren .
