Claims (13)

  1. Machine d'emballage (1) pour envelopper un rouleau (200) de matériau en bande, comprenant deux côtés plats (201), au moyen d'un film (100), où ladite machine d'emballage (1) comprend :
    - un cadre (2) destiné à reposer sur le sol ;
    - un bras rotatif (6) tournant autour d'un axe vertical (y), associé de manière rotative audit cadre (2) ;
    - au moins une tête de distribution de film (7) associée à une extrémité (6') dudit bras rotatif (6) ;
    - des moyens de déroulement pour dérouler ledit film (100) ;
    - des moyens de support et d'enroulement (8) pour supporter et enrouler ledit rouleau (200) autour d'un axe longitudinal (x) de celui-ci ;
    - des moyens de scellage (9) pour sceller ledit film (100) en cours de déroulement contre ledit film déjà enroulé sur ledit rouleau (200) le long d'une ligne de scellage placée sur un côté (201) dudit rouleau (200) ;
    - des moyens de coupe (10) pour couper ledit film (100) adaptés pour interrompre la continuité de celui-ci le long de ladite ligne de soudure, créant un bord libre (101) dudit film (100) qui s'étend de ladite tête de distribution de film (7) à une extrémité libre (101') ;
    caractérisé par le fait que la machine comprend aussi :
    - une première structure de support (11) pour supporter ledit moyen de scellage (9) et ledit moyen de coupe (10) coulissant le long dudit cadre (2) vers ou à l'écart d'un côté (201) dudit rouleau (200) ;
    - des moyens de serrage (12) pour serrer ledit bord libre (101) du film (100) ;
    - une unité de commande,
    où ladite première structure de support (11) comporte un support (13) et que lesdits moyens de scellage (9), lesdits moyens de coupe (10) et lesdits moyens de serrage (12) sont disposés sur ledit support (13), de manière à intégrer dans un ensemble fonctionnel tous les moyens adaptés pour terminer l'enroulement dudit rouleau (200) avec ledit film (100) pour serrer l'extrémité libre (101') dudit bord libre (101) à proximité de ladite ligne de scellage.
  2. Machine d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que ledit support (13) est inclinable et est relié à ladite première structure de support (11) au moyen de moyens de contrainte (14) à charnière d'axe horizontal, adaptés pour permettre audit support (13) de tourner dans un plan vertical entre deux positions de fonctionnement.
  3. La machine d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que ladite première structure de support (11) comprend des moyens d'actionnement (15) pour faire tourner ledit support inclinable (13) autour desdits moyens de contrainte à charnière (14).
  4. Machine d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que la première structure de support (11) comprend :
    - une traverse horizontale (16) adaptée pour être associée de manière stable audit cadre (2) ;
    - un montant vertical (17) ayant une première (17') et une deuxième (17") extrémité, où ledit support inclinable (13) est associé en rotation à ladite première extrémité (17') au moyen desdits moyens de contrainte à charnière (14), et où ladite deuxième extrémité (17") comprend des moyens de contrainte à chariot (18) adaptés pour permettre audit montant vertical (17) de se déplacer horizontalement le long de ladite traverse horizontale (16).
  5. Machine d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de contrainte à chariot comprennent un bloc coulissant (19) associé à ladite deuxième extrémité (17") dudit montant vertical (17) et un rail (20), sur lequel coulisse ledit bloc coulissant (19), prévu le long de ladite traverse horizontale (16).
  6. Machine d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que ladite première structure de support (11) comprend des moyens d'actionnement (22) aptes à imprimer un mouvement de translation audit bloc coulissant (19).
  7. Machine d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de scellage comprennent une barre de scellage (9).
  8. Machine d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de coupe comprennent un fil métallique (10) et des moyens de chauffage pour ledit fil.
  9. Machine d'emballage (1) selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisée par le fait que ladite barre de scellage (9) et ledit fil métallique (10) sont positionnés parallèlement à l'extension dudit support (13).
  10. Machine d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de serrage comprennent deux mâchoires (12) pouvant coulisser, au moyen de moyens d'actionnement (21), l'une vers l'autre et l'une par rapport à l'autre, le long dudit support (13).
  11. Machine d'emballage (1) selon les revendications 9 et 10, caractérisée par le fait que lesdites mâchoires (12) sont coulissantes le long dudit support (13) parallèlement à ladite barre de scellage (9) et audit fil de coupe (10).
  12. Machine d'emballage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que :
    - ledit cadre (2) destiné à reposer sur le sol comprend deux colonnes verticales (3, 4) et un portique (5) mobile verticalement sur celui-ci ;
    - ladite machine d'emballage (1) comprend des premiers moyens moteurs (M1) aptes à imprimer un mouvement de translation verticale audit portique (5) le long desdites colonnes (3, 4) ;
    - ledit bras rotatif (6) est associé en rotation sous ledit portique (5) ;
    - ladite première structure de support (11) est coulissante le long dudit portique (5) pour se rapprocher ou s'éloigner d'un côté dudit rouleau (200).
  13. Machine d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 12, caractérisée par le fait que ledit bras rotatif (6) associé en rotation sous ledit portique (5) est symétrique et comporte deux extrémités (6', 6") à chacune desquelles est associée une tête de distribution de film (7), où ladite machine d'emballage (1) comprend une première et une seconde structure de support (11) pour des moyens de scellage (9), des moyens de coupe (10) et des moyens de serrage (12) correspondants, coulissant symétriquement le long dudit portique (5), chacun se rapprochant ou s'éloignant d'un côté (201) dudit rouleau (200).
