Claims (4)

  1. Mechanische Winde mit mechanischem Schalter zum Beenden des Aufwickelns eines Seils auf der Windentrommel, die eine Rolle umfasst, welche eine Führung des Seils mit einer Öffnung (1) umfasst, die mit einem federgestützten Schubelement (13) versehen ist, vorzugsweise geformt als Unterlegscheibe oder Platte (11) mit einem Loch zur Aufnahme des Seils, wobei die Unterlegscheibe oder Platte (11) mit Stützelementen (12) mit einem Innenteil des Schubelements (13), dem Gehäuse der Führung oder der Öffnung (1) verbunden ist, wobei ein Bowdenzug (B), in dessen Innerem ein Drahtseil (Z) eingebaut ist, auf dem Schubelement bzw. dessen Innenteil (13) montiert ist, während das Drahtseil (Z) zwischen dem Innenteil (13) und einer äußeren Unterlegscheibe oder einer Platte befestigt ist, und wobei der Bowdenzug (B) und das Drahtseil zu einem Schaltmechanismus innerhalb oder außerhalb der Winde geführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaltmechanismus Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Grundplatte (3) in Form einer Unterlegscheibe mit zwei in entgegengesetzte Richtungen gerichteten Schenkeln (31, 32), wobei der obere Schenkel (31) mit dem Aktivierungsmechanismus, d. h. dem grünen Seil zur Aktivierung des Aufwickelns des Seils auf die Windentrommel, verbunden ist,
    - eine Schaltplatte (2), an der das Drahtseil (Z) unter Verwendung von Schrauben mit Muttern befestigt ist, wobei das Drahtseil über ein Zubehörteil (33) innerhalb des Bowdenzugs (B) geführt wird,
    - ein als Unterlegscheibe geformtes Gehäuse (4) mit einem Schenkel (41), der etwa senkrecht oder in einem anderen Winkel zu einer Achse beider Schenkel (31, 32) der Grundplatte (3) ist, wobei der Gehäuseschenkel (41) mit einer Bohrung (42) für ein Lager zur Verbindung mit einer Kupplung des Trommelantriebs und einer Lasche zur Befestigung einer Feder (43) versehen ist,
    - zwei Federn zur Rückbewegung der Grundplatte (3) und des Gehäuses (4) aus ihrer Endposition in ihre Ausgangsposition (Nullposition), wobei
    ∘ die erste Feder am Gehäuseschenkel (4) und einem Windenrahmen montiert ist, und
    ∘ die zweite Feder an einer an einem Schenkel der Grundplatte (3) befestigten Halterung und an der Schaltplatte (2) befestigt ist,
    wobei die Platten (2, 3) und das Gehäuse (4) auf einer Windenhauptachse montiert sind, an der die Trommel der Winde unter Verwendung geeigneter Distanzelemente (6, 7) und Lager (8) montiert ist, und
    - zwischen der Grundplatte (3) und dem Gehäuse (4) mindestens ein Rückhalteelement (5) in geeigneten Nuten oder Löchern (3a, 4a) angeordnet ist,
    - die Schaltplatte (2) mit Nuten oder Löchern (2a) zur Aufnahme des Rückhalteelements (5) versehen ist und angeordnet ist, um sich bei Bewegung des Drahtseils (Z) innerhalb des Bowdenzugs (B) zu drehen, wodurch die Nuten (2a) mit den Löchern (3a) auf der Grundplatte (3) ausgerichtet werden, was zur Bewegung des Rückhalteelements (5) und zum Lösen der Verbindung zwischen der Grundplatte (3) und dem Gehäuse (4) führt,
    wobei beim Aufprall eines Endteils des Seils auf das Schubelement die mechanische Kraft über das Drahtseil im Bowdenzug auf die Schaltplatte übertragen wird, die angeordnet ist, um sich zu drehen und folglich einen Impuls oder eine Verriegelungskraft zwischen der Grundplatte (3) und dem Gehäuse (4) oder dem Schenkel der Grundplatte (3) und dem Schenkel des Gehäuses (4) freizugeben, die über eine in einem Lager des Gehäuses (4) installierte Stange mit dem Kopplungsmechanismus verbunden ist, die angeordnet ist, um sich in eine Nullposition zu bewegen und das Ziehen mit der Winde zu beenden; und
    wobei die Platte angeordnet ist, um in ihre Ausgangsposition zurückzukehren unter Verwendung von:
    - einer Feder für die Rückbewegung und den Zug des roten Seils der Winde, oder
    - einem zusätzlichen Handgriff oder einem Hebel, der zum Drehen der Schaltplatte angeordnet ist,
    wodurch gewährleistet wird, dass sich das Rückhalteelement von den Nuten in der Schaltplatte (2) in die Nuten des Gehäuses (4) bewegt und dadurch die Positionen der Grundplatte (3) und des Gehäuses (4) arretiert werden.
  2. Mechanische Winde mit mechanischem Schalter zum Beenden des Aufwickelns des Seils auf der Windentrommel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Bowdenzug (B) zusätzlich am längeren, oberen Schenkel (31) der Grundplatte (3) oder einer Befestigung (33) darauf montiert ist.
  3. Mechanische Winde mit mechanischem Schalter zum Beenden des Aufwickelns des Seils auf der Windentrommel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Begrenzungselement (5) aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Kugeln, Zylindern oder Druckstiften ausgewählt ist.
  4. Mechanische Winde mit mechanischem Schalter zum Beenden des Aufwickelns des Seils auf der Windentrommel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Begrenzungselement (5) mindestens als drei Kugeln, vorzugsweise fünf Kugeln, ausgestaltet ist.
