Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluss, bestehend aus einer Schraubkappe mit Garantieband , welche mindestens einen zylindrischen Kappenmantel mit Innengewinde und ein umlaufendes Garantieband am unteren, offenen Ende des Kappenmantels aufweist, das entlang leicht reißbarer Schwächungslinien mit dem unteren Rand des Kappenmantels verbunden ist, wobei das Garantieband nach dem Reißen entlang der Schwächungslinien über Haltebänder unlösbar mit dem Kappenmantel verbunden bleibt. Um eine unverlierbare Schraubkappe mit Garantieband in der Weise zu gestalten, dass die Schraubkappe nach dem Abschrauben und Lösen von der Flaschenhalsmündung in eine den weiteren Gebrauch der Flasche und das Ausgießen oder Trinken aus der Flasche nicht störende Position weggeklappt bzw. gekippt werden und ohne zusätzliche Maßnahmen dort verbleiben kann, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass die Haltebänder gebildet sind durch zwei in Umfangsrichtung jeweils mindestens einmal unterbrochene Schwächungslinien, die in Umfangsrichtung teilweise überlappen und mindestens im Überlappungsbereich in axialem Abstand zueinander verlaufen und, wobei die Trennstege beider Schwächungslinien von der jeweils anderen Schwächungslinie vorzugsweise in axialem Abstand überbrückt werden.
