Claims (4)

  1. Récipient destiné à la conservation et, le cas échéant, à l'incubation d'un échantillon et au prélèvement de l'échantillon ou d'un constituant de l'échantillon, comprenant une fermeture (3) pour obturer une ouverture du récipient (1) et un embout de fermeture (5) pour la fermeture (3), la fermeture (3) présentant un septum (4) obturant l'ouverture et l'embout de fermeture (5) pouvant être emboîté sur une saillie en forme de col (2) entourant l'ouverture du récipient (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embout de fermeture (5) comprend un adaptateur en forme de manchon (6) pouvant être emboîté sur la fermeture (3), lequel présente une canule centrale (10), dont une extrémité est conçue pour percer le septum (4) et dont l'autre extrémité présente un raccord (12), un réservoir tubulaire (7) avec des raccords (13, 14) aux deux extrémités, un filtre de seringue (8) avec des raccords (15, 16) aux deux extrémités, et un port d'injection (9) avec un raccord (17) à une extrémité et un septum (18) à l'autre extrémité, l'adaptateur (6), le réservoir (7), le filtre de seringue (8) et le port d'injection (9) étant reliés les uns aux autres de manière étanche et successivement par les raccords (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17).
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    les raccords (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) sont réalisés sous forme de raccords enfichables et/ou vissés.
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que
    les raccords (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) sont réalisés sous forme de raccords Luer-Lock.
  4. Récipient selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une valve est intégrée respectivement dans le réservoir (7) et dans l'adaptateur (6), la valve du réservoir (7) s'ouvrant par connexion avec le filtre de seringue (8) et la valve de l'adaptateur (6) s'ouvrant par connexion avec le réservoir (7).
