Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Gebiet der Schuhtechnik, insbesondere für Sport- und Freizeitschuhe und betrifft eine Sohle für einen Laufschuh, sowie die Verwendung einer Sohle für die Herstellung eines Laufschuhs.
  • Stand der Technik
  • Im Stand der Technik ist eine Vielzahl von Laufschuhen mit verschiedenen Dämpfungssystemen bekannt. Weit verbreitet sind Sport- und Freizeitschuhe mit Sohlen, welche im Fersenbereich einen Gelkern zur Gewährleistung einer vertikalen Dämpfung beim Auftritt aufweisen. Des Weiteren wurden Verbesserungen der vertikalen Dämpfungseigenschaften dadurch erreicht, dass einzelne Federelemente im Fersenbereich zwischen Lauf- und Brandsohle angebracht wurden.
  • Während durch die oben genannten Sohlen zwar die vertikalen Dämpfungseigenschaften der Schuhe verbessert wird, kann jedoch keine zufriedenstellende Dämpfung von den horizontal auf die Sohle und den Schuh wirkenden Kräfte erreicht werden. Kräfte mit einem grossen horizontalen Anteil treten insbesondere auf abfallenden Strecken verstärkt auf und stellen mangels ausreichender Dämpfung eine der Hauptursachen für häufig auftretende Knie- und Hüftgelenkschmerzen dar.
  • Aus der WO 2016 184 920 der Anmelderin ist eine Sohle bekannt, welche nach unten vorstehende, seitlich offene, segmentierte und rinnenförmige Elemente aufweist. Unter der Wirkung der beim Laufen auftretenden Kräfte sind die rinnenförmigen Elemente bis zum Verschluss ihrer seitlichen Öffnungen sowohl vertikal als auch horizontal verformbar. Durch die Segmentierung der Sohle wird die Dämpfungswirkung ebenfalls segmentiert, wodurch nicht gedämpfte oder weniger gedämpfte Bereiche in der Sohle ausgebildet werden. Weitere aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Sohlen sind in US 2004 154 189 A1 , US 2008 276 494 A1 und DE 28 16 619 A1 offenbart.
  • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Bei vielen sportlichen Aktivtäten, wie beispielsweise dem Laufsport, erfolgt der Erstkontakt des Schuhs mit dem Boden im Fersenbereich. Hierdurch sind die auf den Schuh wirkenden passiven Kräfte in diesem Bereich deutlich grösser als im Vorder- oder Mittelfussbereich der Sohle. Als passive Kraft wird hierbei die beim Auftritt wirkende Kraft bezeichnet, während beispielsweise eine aktive Kraft die beim Abdruck vom Träger ausgehende Kraft bezeichnet. Um diesem Umstand Rechnung zu tragen, weisen Laufschuhe im Allgemeinen eine besonders ausgeprägte Dämpfung im Fersenbereich auf. Eine solche Konstruktion erlaubt es zwar zumindest eine ausreichende vertikale Dämpfung zu gewährleisten, jedoch wirkt sich die ausgeprägte Dämpfung negativ auf das Gesamtgewicht des Schuhs aus. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die im Stand der Technik bekannten Laufschuhe entweder unzufriedenstellende Dämpfungswirkung und/oder ein hohes Gewicht aufweisen.
  • Ein weiterer Nachteil von bekannten Laufschuhsohlen ist deren geringe Haltbarkeit. Mit längerer Nutzungsdauer geht häufig ein signifikanter Verlust der Dämpfungswirkung einher. Dies wird häufig durch Ermüdung des dämpfenden Materials verursacht.
  • Es ist daher die allgemeine Aufgabe der Erfindung, den Stand der Technik im Bereich der Laufschuhe weiterzuentwickeln und vorzugsweise ein oder mehrere Nachteile des Standes der Technik zu überwinden. In vorteilhaften Ausführungsformen wird eine Sohle mit einer verbesserten Dämpfungswirkung bereitgestellt, welche vorzugsweise ein geringes Gewicht aufweist.
  • In weiteren Ausführungsformen wird eine Sohle mit Dämpfungswirkung bereitgestellt, welche eine verbesserte Haltbarkeit über einen längeren Zeitraum aufweist.
  • Die allgemeine Aufgabe der Erfindung wird in genereller Weise durch die Gegenstände der unabhängigen Patentansprüche gelöst.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen ergeben sich jeweils aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, sowie der Offenbarung insgesamt.
  • Die erfindungsgemässe Sohle für einen Laufschuh umfasst eine weichelastische Mittelsohle, welche eine beim Laufen zumindest teilweise mit dem Boden in Kontakt kommende Unterseite aufweist. Die Mittelsohle weist zudem mehrere in Querrichtung verlaufende Kanäle auf, welche in einem lateralen Bereich der Mittelsohle in einer Horizontalebene angeordnet sind. Mindestens ein Teil der Kanäle (3a, 3b) ist im Vorderfussbereich (VFB) und/oder mindestens ein Teil der Kanäle ist im Mittelfussbereich (MFB) und/oder mindestens ein Teil der Kanäle ist im Fersenbereich (FB) der Mittelsohle angeordnet. Die Kanäle sind in Laufrichtung jeweils von einer Vorderwand und einer Hinterwand begrenzt und weisen jeweils im Querschnitt entlang der Laufrichtung eine längliche Form auf. Unter Wirkung von vertikal und/oder in Längsrichtung wirkenden beim Laufen auftretenden Kräfte sind die Kanäle bis zum Verschluss vertikal in Längsrichtung verformbar, wobei die Kanäle im Querschnitt zwei zueinander und zur Unterseite im Wesentlichen parallele Seiten aufweisen.
  • Durch die im Querschnitt in Längsrichtung längliche Form der Kanäle wird im Gegensatz zu Kanälen ohne eine solche längliche Form, z.B. einem kreisrunden oder quadratischen Querschnitt, eine deutlich verbesserte Dämpfungswirkung erreicht, ohne dass es zu einem Gefühl des Schwimmens durch einen durch die Kanäle ausgelösten wesentlichen Stabilitätsverlust kommt. Die Kanaldämpfung der Mittelsohle wirkt in einer erfindungsgemässen Laufschuhsohle mit der materialinduzierten Dämpfung der weichelastischen Mittelsohle zusammen. Durch die längliche Form der Kanäle sind die Dämpfungswirkungen optimal aufeinander abgestimmt.
  • Die Kanäle bieten im Vergleich zu anderen Dämpfungssystemen, wie z.B. Gelkissen, den Vorteil, dass das Gewicht des Laufschuhs signifikant reduziert werden kann.
  • Richtungsangaben, wie sie in der vorliegenden Offenbarung verwendet werden sind wie folgt zu verstehen: Eine Horizontalebene der Sohle beschriebt eine Ebene, welche im Wesentlichen parallel zur Unterseite der Sohle, beziehungswiese im Wesentlichen parallel zum Boden ausgerichtet ist. Es versteht sich zudem, dass die Horizontalebene auch leicht gekrümmt sein kann. Dies kann beispielsweise der Fall sein, wenn die Sohle, wie für Laufschuhe typisch, am Vorderfussbereich und/oder am Fersenbereich vertikal leicht nach oben gebogen ist. Die Längsrichtung L der Sohle wird durch eine Achse vom Fersenbereich zum Vorderfussbereich beschrieben und erstreckt sich somit entlang der Längsachse der Sohle. Die Querrichtung Q der Sohle verläuft quer zur Längsachse und im Wesentlichen parallel zur Unterseite der Sohle, beziehungsweise im Wesentlichen parallel zum Boden. Somit verläuft die Querrichtung entlang einer Querachse der Mittelsohle. Die vertikale Richtung V bezeichnet im Zusammenhang mit der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Richtung von der Unterseite der Sohle in Richtung der Brandsohle, beziehungsweise im operativen Zustand in Richtung des Fusses des Trägers und verläuft somit entlang einer Vertikalachse der Mittelsohle.
  • Des Weiteren bezeichnet der laterale Bereich der Mittelsohle einen Bereich entlang der seitlichen Innen- und Aussenseiten der Mittelsohle des Laufschuhs eines Laufschuhpaars, wobei sich der Bereich in Richtung der Längsachse der Mittelsohle erstreckt. Typischerweise liegt die horizontale Ausdehnung des lateralen Bereichs bei einigen Zentimetern, beispielsweise 0.1 bis 5 cm, vorzugsweise 0.5 bis 3 cm. Der mediale Bereich der Mittelsohle bezeichnet einen Bereich entlang der Längsachse in der Mitte der Mittelsohle, welcher sich jeweils in Querrichtung der Mittelsohle erstreckt. Typischerweise liegt die horizontale Ausdehnung des medialen Bereichs bei einigen Zentimetern, beispielsweise 0.1 bis 5 cm, vorzugsweise 0.5 bis 3 cm. Der Fachmann versteht, dass die horizontale Ausdehnung des lateralen Bereichs und des medialen Bereichs abhängig von der jeweiligen Schuhgrösse variieren kann.
  • Unter einem Kanal ist im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Ausnehmung zu verstehen, welche typischerweise röhrenförmig ausgebildet sein kann. Die Kanäle verlaufen dabei in Querrichtung der Sohle, sind also im Wesentlichen quer zur Laufrichtung angeordnet und sind parallel zur Lauffläche, bzw. parallel zum Boden angeordnet. Im Allgemeinen wird ein Kanal durch Kanalwände ganz oder teilweise begrenzt. Typischerweise sind die Kanäle leer. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, dass die Kanäle in einigen Ausführungsformen gefüllt sind, beispielsweise mit einem elastisch verformbaren Schaumstoff oder mit einem Gas.
  • Gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung sind die Kanäle jeweils durch eine Vorder- und eine Hinterwand begrenzt. Zudem können die Kanäle eine Ober- und Unterwand aufweisen. Eine Wand kann hierbei durch eine ebene Fläche ausgebildet sein, oder insbesondere Vorder- und Hinterwand durch zwei oder mehrere Flächen, welche eine oder mehrere Faltkanten bilden. Der Begriff "Faltkante" umfasst zudem auch Ausführungsformen welche leicht gerundet und daher nicht vollständig eckig sind. Eine solche Faltkante verläuft folglich entlang des Kanals und somit in Querrichtung der Mittelsohle und im Wesentlichen quer zur Laufrichtung.
  • Es ist dem Fachmann klar, dass die Verformbarkeit der Kanäle beispielsweise das vertikale Zusammenführbarkeit der Kanalwände und/oder die Scherbarkeit des Kanals in Längsrichtung umfassen kann.
  • Zudem schliesst die Formulierung "beim Laufen mit dem Boden in Kontakt kommende Unterseite" auch Ausführungsformen ein, bei welchen die Mittelsohle mit einer weiteren unteren Schicht beschichtet ist, beispielsweise einer vollflächigen oder segmentierten Aussensohle. In solchen Fällen wird der Kontakt mit dem Boden zumindest teilweise mittels einer solchen Aussensohle hergestellt.
  • Die längliche Form der Kanäle in Querrichtung kann beispielsweise einen eckigen oder ovalen Querschnitt aufweisen.
  • Die Mittelsohle weist eine Vielzahl von Kanälen auf, insbesondere mindestens 3, mindestens 4, mindestens 5, mindestens 6, mindestens 7 oder mindestens 8 Kanäle.
  • In bevorzugten Ausführungsformen weisen die Kanäle seitliche Öffnungen im lateralen Bereich der Mittelsohle auf. Vorzugsweise sind die Kanäle unter der Wirkung von vertikal und/oder in Längsrichtung wirkenden, beim Laufen auftretenden Kräften bis zum Verschluss der seitlichen Öffnungen vertikal und/oder horizontal in Längsrichtung verformbar.
  • Typischerweise können sich die obere und die untere Kanalwand unter Wirkung der beim Laufen auftretenden Kräfte berühren.
  • In weiteren Ausführungsformen ist mindestens ein Teil der Kanäle im Fersenbereich angeordnet und zusätzlich ein Teil der Kanäle im Vorderfussbereich und/oder ein Teil der Kanäle im Mittelfussbereich der Mittelsohle angeordnet. Vorzugsweise ist mindestens ein Teil der Kanäle im Vorderfussbereich, ein Teil der Kanäle im Mittelfussbereich und ein Teil der Kanäle im Fersenbereich der Mittelsohle angeordnet. In solchen Ausführungsformen ist somit im Fersenbereich, im Mittelfussbereich und im Vorderfussbereich jeweils mindestens ein Kanal angeordnet. Da ein Teil der Kanäle im Vorderfussbereich, ein Teil im Mittelfussbereich und ein Teil im Fersenbereich der Mittelsohle angeordnet ist, sind die Kanäle vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Mittelsohle verteilt. Hierdurch kann durch die Aussparungen das Gewicht der Sohle reduziert werden. Zudem hat es sich gezeigt, dass es durchaus vorteilhaft für das Laufgefühl, insbesondere für die Dämpfungswirkung, ist, wenn Kanäle nicht nur im Fersen- und Mittelfussbereich, sondern auch im Vorderfussbereich angeordnet sind.
  • In einigen Ausführungsformen werden die Kanäle zumindest im lateralen Bereich vollständig von der Mittelsohle begrenzt, wodurch die Gesamtdämpfungswirkung bestehend aus der Dämpfungswirkung des weichelastischen Materials der Mittelsohle und der Wirkung der Kanäle optimiert wird.
  • In einigen Ausführungsformen ist mindestens ein Teil der Kanäle im Fersenbereich und mindestens ein Teil der Kanäle im Vorderfussbereich angeordnet. Die Kanäle im Fersenbereich weisen eine grössere Kanalhöhe auf, als die Kanäle im Vorderfussbereich. Die beim Laufen auftretenden und zu dämpfenden passiven Kräfte sind typischerweise beim Auftritt mit der Ferse am grössten, sodass in diesem Bereich eine gezielte Erhöhung der Dämpfungswirkung durch Vergrösserung der Kanalhöhe vorteilhaft ist. Die Kanalhöhe ist definiert als der grösste vertikale Abstand der Kanalbegrenzungen, insbesondere der Kanalwände, innerhalb eines Kanals.
  • In weiteren Ausführungsformen sind die Kanäle im Fersenbereich und/oder im Vorderfussbereich und/oder im Mittelfussbereich einer einzigen Horizontalebene angeordnet. Somit liegen in solchen Ausführungsformen sämtliche Kanäle der Sohle zumindest im lateralen Bereich in einer einzigen Horizontalebene.
  • In einigen Ausführungsformen weisen die Kanäle einen im Wesentlichen hexagonalen und/oder pentagonalen Querschnitt auf. Typischerweise ist hierbei mindestens eine Ecke des Penta- oder Hexagons in Längsrichtung, d.h. in oder entgegen der Laufrichtung angeordnet. Beispielsweise kann eine Ecke des Penta- oder Hexagons in Laufrichtung zur Sohlenspitze oder entgegen der Laufrichtung zum Sohlenende angeordnet sein. Zusätzlich kann das Penta- oder Hexagon eine Asymmetrie aufweisen, beispielsweise können die Seiten des Penta- oder Hexagons in Laufrichtung, d.h. Seiten welche im Wesentlichen parallel zum Boden verlaufen, länger ausgebildet sein, als die übrigen Seiten des Penta- oder Hexagons. Hierdurch erhalten die Kanäle im Querschnitt unter anderem die erfindungsgemässe längliche Form.
  • Die Kanäle weisen im Querschnitt zwei zueinander und zum Boden, bzw. zur Unterseite im Wesentlichen parallele Seiten auf. Diese Seiten entsprechen der Ober- und Unterwand des Kanals. Die eckige Form der Kanäle im Querschnitt hat positive Effekte auf die Verformbarkeit der Kanäle. So eignet sich die hexagonale Form bevorzugt zur Verbesserung der Verformbarkeit der Kanäle. Folglich kann aufgrund der richtigen Form der Kanäle die Verformbarkeit jedes einzelnen Kanals an seine Position und die auf den Kanal wirkenden spezifischen Kräfte individuell und flexibel angepasst werden.
  • In weiteren Ausführungsformen weist die Vorderwand und die Hinterwand mindestens eines Kanals jeweils eine vordere und eine hintere Faltkante auf. Die vordere und hintere Faltkante sind dabei in Laufrichtung in Richtung der Sohlenspitze, bzw. entgegen der Laufrichtung in Richtung der Fersenkante der Sohle angeordnet.
  • In einigen Ausführungsformen liegt das Verhältnis der Kanalhöhe zur Kanalbreite im lateralen Bereich der Mittelsohle jedes Kanals im Bereich von 0.15 bis 0.6, vorzugsweise 0.2 bis 0.4. Die Kanalbreite wird durch den grössten horizontalen Abstand der Kanalbegrenzung innerhalb eines Kanals definiert.
  • Vorzugsweise ist das Verhältnis der Kanalhöhe zur Kanalbreite im lateralen Bereich der Mittelsohle jedes Kanals im Fersenbereich grösser als im Vorderfussbereich. Beispielsweise kann das Verhältnis im Fersenbereich 0.35 bis 0.4 betragen und das Verhältnis im Vorderfussbereich 0.2 bis 0.3.
  • In einigen Ausführungsformen kann im Fersenbereich die Kanalbreite jedes Kanals im lateralen Bereich, insbesondere im Bereich der seitlichen Öffnungen, 15 bis 20 mm und die Kanalhöhe jedes Kanals im lateralen Bereich, insbesondere im Bereich der seitlichen Öffnungen, 5 bis 10 mm betragen.
  • In weiteren Ausführungsformen kann im Vorderfussbereich die Kanalbreite jedes Kanals im lateralen Bereich, insbesondere im Bereich der seitlichen Öffnungen, 9 bis 16 mm, insbesondere 10 bis 14 mm und die Kanalhöhe jedes Kanals im lateralen Bereich, insbesondere im Bereich der seitlichen Öffnungen, 1 bis 5 mm, insbesondere 2 bis 4 mm, betragen. Der Fachmann versteht, dass die Kanalhöhe und die Kanalbreite abhängig von der Schuhgrösse variieren kann.
  • In einigen Ausführungsformen verjüngen sich die Kanäle jeweils vom lateralen Bereich der Mittelsohle hin zum medialen Bereich der Mittelsohle. Beispielsweise kann der Querschnitt, bzw. die Querschnittsfläche jedes Kanals im medialen Bereich um 8 bis 20% geringer sein als im lateralen Bereich, insbesondere als im Bereich der seitlichen Öffnungen. Somit weist jeder Kanal im Bereich der seitlichen Öffnungen im lateralen Bereich eine grösserer Breite und/oder Höhe auf als im medialen Bereich. Insbesondere kann das Verhältnis der Kanalhöhe zur Kanalbreite jedes Kanals im lateralen Bereich grösser sein als im medialen Bereich des jeweiligen Kanals.
  • In weiteren Ausführungsformen sind die Kanäle beim Laufen ab einer Kraft von 1000 N bis 3000 N, bevorzugt 1500 N bis 2000 N, vollständig komprimierbar.
  • In einigen Ausführungsformen weist die Sohle eine inkompressible elastische Platte auf, welche sich vorzugsweise über die gesamte Mittelsohle erstreckt. Eine solche Platte kann sich dabei über den Fersen-, Mittelfuss- und Vorderfussbereich erstrecken. Typischerweise ist die Platte eine durchgängige Platte, welche somit keine Ausnehmungen aufweist. Die Platte kann dabei in vertikaler Richtung oberhalb der weichelastischen Mittelsohle angeordnet sein und diese somit zumindest teilweise oder vollständig bedecken.
  • In weiteren Ausführungsformen ist zumindest ein Teil der Kanäle, vorzugsweise die Kanäle im Vorderfussbereich, in einem medialen Bereich der Mittelsohle an einer Seite durch die elastische inkompressiblen Platte begrenzt. Da im Vorderfussbereich die benötigte Dämpfungswirkung deutlich geringer ist als im Fersen- und Mittelfussbereich, kann bei solchen Ausführungsformen das Gesamtgewicht durch Einsparung von Mittelsohlenmaterial reduziert werden, ohne dass eine wesentliche Verschlechterung der Dämpfungswirkung entsteht. Im Allgemeinen hat die elastische inkompressible Platte den Vorteil, dass der Abdruckvorgang beim Laufen unterstützt wird, da die Platte beim Laufen gespannt wird und während dem Abdruckvorgang in ihre ursprüngliche Form zurückkehrt. Somit muss der Läufer pro Abdruckvorgang weniger Kraft aufwenden als ohne die elastische inkompressible Platte.
  • In einigen Ausführungsformen weist die Mittelsohle eine sich vom Fersenbereich bis mindestens in den Mittelfussbereich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Rinne auf. Die Rinne kann dabei eine Tiefe von 1 cm bis 3 cm, vorzugsweise 1.8 bis 2.5 cm aufweisen. Der Fachmann versteht, dass die Tiefe der Rinne abhängig von der jeweiligen Schuhgrösse variieren kann. Im Querschnitt in Querrichtung der Sohle kann die Rinne V-förmig ausgebildet sein. Vorzugsweise weist der Querschnitt eine Abstufung auf, wobei der Winkel zwischen der Lauffläche und der Rinne im Bereich der Lauffläche zwischen 40 und 60° beträgt und an der Abstufung 75 bis 90° beträgt. Hierdurch kann das Einklemmen von Steinen in der Rinne vermieden werden. Im Allgemeinen hat die Rinne den Vorteil, dass wesentliche Materialeinsparungen der Mittelsohle ermöglicht werden, welche im Wesentlichen ohne eine Verschlechterung der Stabilität einhergehen. Beispielsweise kann die Breite der Rinne im Bereich der Lauffläche 2 bis 3 cm betragen und sich in vertikaler Richtung auf 0.5 bis 1.5 cm, vorzugsweise 0.7 bis 0.9 cm, verengen. Der Fachmann versteht, dass die Breite der Rinne in Abhängigkeit von der Schuhgrösse variieren kann.
  • In Ausführungsformen mit einer elastischen inkompressiblen Platte, kann die Rinne direkt durch die Platte begrenzt werden. Somit ist die inkompressible elastische Platte zumindest im Bereich der Rinne direkt der Umgebung exponiert.
  • Ein weiterer Aspekt der Erfindung betrifft einen Laufschuh umfassend eine Sohle nach einer der hier beschriebenen Ausführungsformen.
  • Ein anderer Aspekt der Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung einer Sohle nach einer der hier beschriebenen Ausführungsformen zur Herstellung eines Laufschuhs.
  • Kurze Erläuterung der Figuren
  • Anhand der in den nachfolgenden Figuren gezeigten spezifischen Ausführungsbeispielen und der dazugehörigen Beschreibung werden Aspekte der Erfindung näher erläutert. Die in den Figuren gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiele sind hierbei nicht einschränkend für die in den Ansprüchen beschriebene Erfindung zu verstehen.

    Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
  • Die in Figur 1 dargestellte schematische Seitenansicht zeigt eine Ausführungsform einer Sohle für einen Laufschuh mit einer weichelastischen Mittelsohle 1. Die weichelastische Mittelsohle ist dabei in einer Sicht auf die Aussenseite dargestellt und weist eine beim Laufen mit dem als strichlinierte Linie dargestellten Boden B in Kontakt kommende Unterseite 2 auf. Des Weiteren umfasst die Mittelsohle 1 acht in Querrichtung Q verlaufende Kanäle 3a, 3b, 3c und 3d in einem lateralen Bereich der Mittelsohle (zur besseren Deutlichkeit sind nicht alle Kanäle der gezeigten erfindungsgemässen Sohle bezeichnet). Die Figur 1 zeigt dabei den lateralen Bereich der Mittelsohle in der Seitenansicht. Die Kanäle 3a, 3b, 3c und 3d sind wie dargestellt in einer einzigen Horizontalebene angeordnet. Da die Sohle an der Sohlenspitze 7 in Vertikalrichtung V leicht nach oben gebogen ist, weist die erste Horizontalebene eine leichte Krümmung, im vorliegenden Fall eine, vom Boden aus gesehen, konvexe Krümmung auf. Anhand des Koordinatensystems wird deutlich, dass die Horizontalebene im Wesentlichen, d.h. unter Nicht-Berücksichtigung der leicht vertikalen Krümmung der Mittelsohle, in der Ebene der Quer- Q und Längsrichtung L der Mittelsohle liegt. Die Kanäle erstrecken sich in der gezeigten Ausführungsform über die gesamte Länge der weichelastischen Mittelsohle. Somit liegt ein erster Teil der Kanäle 3a, 3b im Fersenbereich, ein zweiter Teil der Kanäle 3c im Mittelfussbereich und ein dritter Teil der Kanäle 3d im Vorderfussbereich.
  • Die Kanäle 3a, 3b, 3c und 3d weisen jeweils eine seitliche Öffnung im lateralen Bereich der Mittelsohle 1 auf. Im operativen Zustand können die Öffnungen durch die beim Laufen auftretenden Kräfte bis zum Verschluss verformt werden. Der Verschluss kann dabei in im Wesentlichen durch vertikale Verformung und/oder auch durch horizontale Verformung in Längsrichtung, d.h. durch Scherung der Kanäle, erfolgen. Die Kanäle 3a, 3b, 3c und 3d sind zudem im lateralen Bereich der Mittelsohle 1 vollständig durch die weichelastische Mittelsohle 1 begrenzt. Somit werden sämtliche Kanalwände im lateralen Bereich durch die weichelastische Mittelsohle ausgebildet. Jeder der Kanäle 3a, 3b, 3c und 3d weist jeweils eine Vorderwand 31 und eine Hinterwand 32 auf. Zudem sind die Kanäle im lateralen Bereich der weichelastischen Mittelsohle 1 im Querschnitt hexagonal ausgebildet. Dabei weist eine Ecke des Hexagons in Längsrichtung in Laufrichtung und eine Ecke in Längsrichtung entgegen der Laufrichtung. Das jeweilige Hexagon ist asymmetrisch ausgebildet, da die Seiten des Hexagons in Längsrichtung länger ausgebildet sind als die übrigen Seiten des Hexagons. Der jeweilige Kanal hat daher eine längliche und flache Form. Zudem weisen sowohl die Vorderwand 31 als auch die Hinterwand 32 der Kanäle jeweils eine Faltkante 33 auf. Diese Faltkanten entsprechen im Querschnitt der in Laufrichtung zur Sohlenspitze 7 und entgegen der Laufrichtung zur Fersenkante 4 angeordneten Ecken des Hexagons.
  • Die Figur 2 zeigt eine Sicht auf die Unterseite 2 einer Mittelsohle 1 gemäss einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung. Zudem wird eine Einteilung der Mittelsohle in einen Vorderfussbereich VFB, einen Mittelfussbereich MFB und einen Fersenbereich FB dargestellt. Diese dient dem Fachmann lediglich als Richtlinie und soll nicht die exakten Grenzen der Bereiche definieren. Die gezeigte Mittelsohle 1 weist eine sich vom Fersenbereich in den Mittelfussbereich erstreckende Rinne 6 auf. Die Rinne ist zum Boden B, d.h. in der dargestellten Ansicht der Figur 2 zum Betrachter hin, offen und ist an den seitlichen Flanken durch die weichelastische Mittelsohle 1 und an der Grundfläche durch eine elastische inkompressible Platte 5 begrenzt. Es ist zudem erkennbar, dass die seitlichen Flanken geneigt sind, sodass die Rinne 6 im Wesentlichen V-förmig zum Betrachter hin geöffnet ist. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform erstreckt sich die Rinne 6 durch die komplette Mittelsohle 1, d.h. vom Fersenbereich FB über den Mittelfussbereich MFB bis in den Vorderfussbereich VFB.
  • In der Figur 3 ist eine weitere Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemässen Sohle für einen Laufschuh mit einer weichelastischen Mittelsohle 1 dargestellt. Die Figur 3 zeigt zudem eine schematische Einteilung der Mittelsohle in den lateralen Bereich LB und den medialen Bereich MB. Diese Bereiche erstrecken sich sowohl in Quer- und Längsrichtung als auch in Vertikalrichtung. Die dargestellten Pfeile definieren jedoch keine genauen Bereichsgrenzen. Die Figur 3 ist ein Querschnitt der Mittelsohle 1 durch den Kanal 3b der ersten Horizontalebene, welcher im lateralen Bereich vollständig von der weichelastischen Mittelsohle 1 begrenzt ist. Die Sohle umfasst die elastische inkompressible Platte 5, welche die Rinne 6 im medialen Bereich begrenzt und der Umgebung im medialen Bereich exponiert ist. Des Weiteren zeigt die Figur 3, dass die Rinne im Querschnitt in Querrichtung trichterförmig ausgebildet ist und eine Abstufung aufweist. Der erste Winkel α zwischen der Unterseite 2 und der Rinne im Bereich der Unterseite, bzw. der Lauffläche, beträgt etwa 55°.
  • An der Abstufung beträgt der zweite Winkel β zwischen der Unterseite 2 und der oberen Begrenzung der Rinne etwa 85°.

Sohle für einen Laufschuh mit einer weichelastischen Mittelsohle (1), welche eine beim Laufen zumindest teilweise mit dem Boden in Kontakt kommende Unterseite (2) aufweist, wobei die Mittelsohle (2) mehrere in Querrichtung (Q) verlaufende Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) aufweist, wobei die Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) in einem lateralen Bereich (LB) der Mittelsohle (1) in einer Horizontalebene angeordnet sind, und wobei mindestens ein Teil der Kanäle (3a, 3b) im Vorderfussbereich (VFB) und/oder ein Teil der Kanäle im Mittelfussbereich (MFB) und/oder ein Teil der Kanäle im Fersenbereich (FB) der Mittelsohle (1) angeordnet ist, und wobei die Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) jeweils in Längsrichtung (L) von einer Vorderwand (31) und einer Hinterwand (32) begrenzt sind, wobei die Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) im Querschnitt entlang der Laufrichtung eine längliche Form aufweisen, wobei die Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) im Querschnitt zwei zueinander und zur Unterseite im Wesentlichen parallele Seiten aufweisen, und die Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) unter der Wirkung von vertikal und/oder in Längsrichtung wirkenden, beim Laufen auftretenden Kräften bis zum Verschluss vertikal und/oder horizontal in Längsrichtung (L) verformbar sind.
  2. Sohle nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) seitliche Öffnungen im lateralen Bereich (LB) der Mittelsohle (1) aufweisen, und wobei die Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) vorzugsweise unter der Wirkung von vertikal und/oder in Längsrichtung (L) wirkenden, beim Laufen auftretenden Kräften bis zum Verschluss der seitlichen Öffnungen vertikal und/oder horizontal in Längsrichtung (L) verformbar sind.
  3. Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) zumindest im lateralen Bereich (LB) vollständig von der Mittelsohle (1) begrenzt werden.
  4. Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Anspruch 3, wobei die Kanäle (3a, 3b) im Fersenbereich (FB) eine grössere Kanalhöhe aufweisen als die Kanäle (3d) im Vorderfussbereich (VFB).
  5. Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) im Fersenbereich (FB) und optional die Kanäle im Vorderfussbereich (VFB) und/oder im Mittelfussbereich (MFB) in einer einzigen Horizontalebene angeordnet sind.
  6. Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei sämtliche Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) der Sohle zumindest im lateralen Bereich in einer einzigen Horizontalebene angeordnet sind.
  7. Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) einen im Wesentlichen hexagonalen und/oder pentagonalen Querschnitt aufweisen, wobei die Seiten des Pentagons oder Hexagons in Laufrichtung länger ausgebildet sind als die übrigen Seiten des Pentagons oder Hexagons.
  8. Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Vorderwand (31) und die Hinterwand (32) mindestens eines Kanals (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) jeweils eine vordere und eine hintere Faltkante (33) aufweisen.
  9. Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Verhältnis der Kanalhöhe zur Kanalbreite jedes Kanals (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d) im Bereich von 0.15 bis 0.6, vorzugsweise 0.2 bis 0.4, liegt.
  10. Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Sohle eine inkompressible elastische Platte (5) aufweist, welche sich vorzugsweise über die gesamte Mittelsohle (1) erstreckt.
  11. Sohle nach Anspruch 10, wobei zumindest ein Teil der Kanäle (3a, 3b, 3c und 3d), vorzugsweise die Kanäle (3d) im Vorderfussbereich (VFB), in einem medialen Bereich (MB) der Mittelsohle (2) an einer Seite durch die elastische inkompressiblen Platte (5) begrenzt ist.
  12. Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei sich die Kanäle jeweils vom lateralen Bereich der Mittelsohle hin zum medialen Bereich der Mittelsohle verjüngen.
  13. Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Mittelsohle (1) eine sich vom Fersenbereich (FB) bis mindestens in den Mittelfussbereich (MFB) in Längsrichtung (L) erstreckende Rinne (6) aufweist; wobei die Rinne (6) bevorzugt im Querschnitt entlang der Querrichtung (Q) V-förmig ausgebildet ist und/oder eine Abstufung aufweist, wobei der Winkel zwischen der Lauffläche und der Rinne im Bereich der Lauffläche zwischen 40 und 60° beträgt.
  14. Laufschuh umfassend eine Sohle nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche.
