Claims (6)
- Verpackungshülle (10), die durch Falten eines vorgestanzten Zuschnitts (20) aus einem Kartonbogen erhalten wird und dazu bestimmt ist, einen flexiblen Beutel (14) aufzunehmen, der einen Hahn (16) aufweist, um eine Verpackung von dem Typ "Bag-In-Box" zu bilden, und zwar von dem Typ, bei dem:- die Verpackungshülle (10) eine Einhüllung umfasst, die in einer Längsrichtung röhrenförmig (22) ist und in einer Querebene senkrecht zur Längsrichtung eine geschlossene vieleckige Querkontur um einen Innenraum der Verpackungshülle herum aufweist, wobei die röhrenförmige Einhüllung (22) mindestens vier Hauptfelder (24, 26, 28, 30) umfasst, die über die geschlossene vieleckige Querkontur aufeinanderfolgend verlaufen, wobei zwei aufeinanderfolgende Felder, während sie über die geschlossene Querkontur verlaufen, an einer gemeinsamen Längskante (29, 31, 32, 33) miteinander verbunden sind,- die Verpackungshülle (10) eine Öffnung (40) in einem vorderen Hauptfeld (24) beinhaltet, um den Durchgang des Hahns (16) des flexiblen Beutels (14) zu ermöglichen,- die Verpackungshülle (10) einen oberen Verschluss (50) an einem oberen Längsende der röhrenförmigen Einhüllung (22) und einen unteren Verschluss (60) an einem unteren Längsende der röhrenförmigen Einhüllung (22) beinhaltet,- die geschlossene vieleckige Querkontur solche Abmessungen aufweist, dass sie in einer Querebene in ein Rechteck eingeschrieben ist, dessen Breite und Tiefe jeweils in einem Bereich von 50 Millimetern bis 150 Millimetern liegen, und dass sie einen Querschnitt der röhrenförmigen Einhüllung in einem Bereich von 5.000 Quadratmillimetern bis 15.000 Quadratmillimetern begrenzt,- die röhrenförmige Einhüllung (22) eine Längsabmessung in einem Bereich von 100 Millimetern bis 250 Millimetern aufweist und einen Innenraum definiert, dessen Volumen in einem Bereich von 1,2 Litern bis 3 Litern liegt,- der obere Verschluss (50) der Verpackungshülle (10) eine obere Verschlussklappe (52) umfasst, die eine Kontur aufweist, die mit der geschlossenen Querkontur der röhrenförmigen Einhüllung (22) identisch ist, die durch eine Befestigungskante an einer Querkante (28s) eines der Hauptfelder (28) der röhrenförmigen Einhüllung (22) angelenkt ist und die mit einer Dickenverstärkung (70) über mindestens einen Teil ihrer Oberfläche versehen ist ,- der untere Verschluss (60) der Verpackungshülle so viele untere Klappen (24ri, 26ri, 28ri, 30ri) aufweist, wie es Hauptfelder (24, 26, 28, 30) gibt, wobei jede untere Klappe mit einer unteren Querkante (24i, 26i, 28i, 30i) eines der Hauptfelder der röhrenförmigen Einhüllung verbunden ist, wobei die unteren Klappen quer zur Längsrichtung umgeschlagen sind, überlappend umgeschlagen sind und miteinander verklebt sind, wobei die Verpackungshülle (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass- die Verpackungshülle (10) aus kompaktem Karton besteht, dessen Flächengewicht größer oder gleich 300 g/m2 und kleiner oder gleich 500 g/m2 ist,- die obere Verschlussklappe (52) eine Einstecklasche (24) beinhaltet, die an einer freien Kante (56) gegenüber der Befestigungskante (28s) angelenkt ist,- die röhrenförmige Einhüllung (22) an einer oberen Querkante (24s) eines der Hauptfelder (24) eine Verriegelungszunge (80) für die obere Verschlussklappe (52) aufweist.
- Verpackungshülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dickenverstärkung der oberen Verschlussklappe mindestens zwei umgeschlagene Felder (70) umfasst, die jeweils mit einer separaten Kante (58) der oberen Verschlussklappe (52) verbunden sind, die sich von der Befestigungskante (28s) und der freien Kante (56) der oberen Verschlussklappe (52) unterscheiden, und die umgeschlagen und gegen eine Innenseite der oberen Verschlussklappe (52) geklebt sind.
- Verpackungshülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Verschluss (60) der Verpackungshülle (10) zwei untere Klappen mit konkaven Seitenkanten (26ri, 30ri) und zwei untere Klappen mit geraden Seitenkanten (24ri, 28ri) aufweist.
- Verpackungshülle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungszunge (80) so gestaltet ist, dass sie einen Manipulationsanzeiger bildet.
- Verpackungshülle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die röhrenförmige Einhüllung (22) genau vier Hauptfelder (24, 26, 28, 30) aufweist und in einer Querebene senkrecht zur Längsrichtung eine rechteckige oder quadratische Querkontur aufweist.
- Verpackung vpm Typ "Bag-In-Box", die eine Verpackungshülle (10) und einen flexiblen Beutel (14) umfasst, der einen Hahn (16) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackungshülle (10) einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche entspricht.
