Claims (13)
- Emballage portable et ouvrable (1) pour contenir et transporter des aliments à emporter comprenant :- un boîtier de support (2) en carton à usage alimentaire et pourvue au moins d'une première portion de base (3) et d'une deuxième portion de couverture (4) séparées l'une de l'autre par des moyens d'affaiblissement (5) qui rendent lesdites portions (3, 4) mutuellement pliables de sorte que ledit boîtier de support (2) prend au moins- une position de repos, dans laquelle une face interne (3a) de ladite première portion de base (3) et une surface interne (4a) de ladite deuxième portion de couverture (4) sont sensiblement mutuellement coplanaires et ledit emballage portable (1) est dans un état ouvert ;- une position de fonctionnement, dans laquelle ladite surface intérieure (4a) de ladite deuxième portion de couverture (4) fait face à ladite face intérieure (3a) de ladite première portion de base (3) par le haut et ledit emballage portable (1) est dans un état fermé pour couvrir un ou plusieurs aliments à emporter temporairement disposés sur ladite face intérieure (3a) de ladite première portion de base (3) ;- une feuille de revêtement laminaire (6) en papier de cuisson anti-adhésif, imperméable à l'eau, anti-graisse, anti-humidité, adaptée à la cuisson,caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille de revêtement laminaire (6) est produite avec de la fibre de cellulose brute, sans ajout de substances colorantes et est couplée de manière stable à la totalité de ladite face interne (3a) de ladite première portion de base (3) et à la totalité de ladite surface interne (4a) de ladite deuxième portion de couverture (4) par l'intermédiaire de moyens de collage (7) appliqués à la totalité de ladite face interne (3a) de ladite première portion de base (3) et à la totalité de ladite surface interne (4a) de ladite deuxième portion de couverture (4), de sorte que ladite feuille de revêtement laminaire (6) est en contact avec, et/ou fait face auxdits aliments lorsque ledit boîtier de support (2) prend ladite position de fonctionnement.
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille de revêtement laminaire (6) est siliconée sur une seule face comprenant du matériau silicone uniquement sur une deuxième face latérale (6b) orientée vers l'extérieur et opposée à une première face latérale (6a) de ladite feuille laminaire (6) directement en contact avec ladite face interne (3a) de ladite première portion de base (3) et/ou avec ladite surface interne (4a) de ladite deuxième portion de couverture (4).
- Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille de revêtement laminaire (6) recouvre complètement ladite face interne (3a) de ladite première portion de base (3) et/ou ladite surface interne (4a) de ladite deuxième portion de couverture (4).
- Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille de revêtement laminaire (6) présente un grammage d'une valeur dans la plage de 50 à 90 g/m2.
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit grammage prend une valeur dans la plage de 52 à 78 g/m2.
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit grammage présente une valeur égale à 55 g/m2.
- Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille de revêtement laminaire (6) présente une épaisseur d'une valeur dans la plage de 50 à 100 µm.
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite épaisseur a une valeur égale à 67 µm.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille de revêtement laminaire est couplée de manière stable à une partie interne d'une pluralité de plaques latérales de délimitation, couplées aux bords latéraux de ladite première portion de base par des moyens d'affaiblissement auxiliaires adaptés pour rendre lesdites plaques latérales de délimitation pliables par rapport à ladite première portion de base.
- Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de collage (7) sont répartis uniformément sur ladite face interne (3a) de ladite première portion de base (3) et/ou sur ladite surface interne (4a) de ladite deuxième portion de couverture (4) dudit boîtier de support (2) et sur une première face latérale (6a) de ladite feuille laminaire (6).
- Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de collage (7) comprennent une substance adhésive organique biodégradable.
- Emballage (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ladite substance adhésive biodégradable est sous la forme d'une pâte à base de protéines.
- Emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite substance adhésive biodégradable présente une viscosité Brookfield égale à environ 2.900 [mPa] s à 60 °C.
