Claims (8)

  1. Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1), die ausgestaltet ist, um an der Struktur eines Möbelstücks (2) angebracht oder in diese integriert zu werden und durch entfernbare Befestigung mit einer Stützschiene (3) in Eingriff zu gelangen, die aus einer Wand hervorsteht, um das Möbelstück an der Wand fixiert beizubehalten, umfassend:
    - eine Stützstruktur (4);
    - Fixiermittel (8) zum Fixieren der Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) an der Struktur eines Möbelstücks (2), um von einer Wand gestützt zu werden;
    - Befestigungsmittel (7), umfassend ein freies Befestigungsende (7a), das aus einer ersten Seite (10) der Stützstruktur (4) in einer vorbestimmten Längsrichtung (X-X) hervorsteht, um reversibel mit einer Stützschiene (3) in Eingriff zu gelangen, die aus einer Wand hervorsteht, wenn die Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) genutzt wird, um ein Möbelstück (2) an einer Wand zu fixieren, wobei die erste Seite (10) der Stützstruktur (4) die Seite ist, die der Wand zugewandt ist;
    - Kupplungsmittel, die zwischen den Befestigungsmitteln (7) und der Stützstruktur (4) eingesetzt sind, um dem freien Befestigungsende (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7) zu erlauben, einstellbar in die Längsrichtung (X-X) hinführend zu der oder wegführend von der ersten Seite (10) der Stützstruktur (4) von einer in erhöhtem Maß eingezogenen hervorstehenden Position in Bezug auf die Stützstruktur (4) in eine in erhöhtem Maß herausgezogene hervorstehenden Position von der Stützstruktur (4) und umgekehrt bewegt zu werden;
    - Einstellmittel (5) zum Einstellen des Abstands des freien Befestigungsendes (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7) hinführend zu und wegführend von der ersten Seite (10) der Stützstruktur (4);
    - einen inneren Sitz (11), der sich vertikal in dem freien Befestigungsende (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7) von einer unteren Öffnung erstreckt, um dem inneren Sitz (11) zu erlauben, von oben mit einem Befestigungsabschnitt (3b) der Stützschiene (3) in Eingriff zu gelangen, die aus der Wand hervorsteht, wenn die Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung genutzt wird, um ein Möbelstück (2) an der Wand zu fixieren, und
    - ein Verriegelungselement (12), umfassend einen Körper (12b), aufweisend ein vorderes Ende (12a), das in unmittelbarer Nähe der unteren Öffnung des inneren Sitzes (11) befindlich ist, wobei der Körper (12b) des Verriegelungselements (12) mit den Befestigungsmitteln (7) assoziiert ist und von diesen geführt wird, um längs in Bezug auf das freie Befestigungsende (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7) verschiebbar zu sein und sich reversibel zu bewegen zwischen:
    • einer vorwärts gerichteten Position hinführend zu dem freien Befestigungsende (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7), um die untere Öffnung des inneren Sitzes (11) der Befestigungsmittel (7) teilweise mit dem vorderen Ende (12a) derart zu versperren, dass ein vertikales Abziehen eines Befestigungsabschnitts (3b) einer Stützschiene (3), der in den Haltesitz eingefügt ist, vermieden wird, wenn die Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) in Gebrauch ist, und
    • einer eingezogenen Position wegführend von dem freien Befestigungsende (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7), in der das vordere Ende (12a) des Verrieglungselements (12) die untere Öffnung des inneren Sitzes (11) der Befestigungsmittel (7) nicht versperrt und ein vertikales Einfügen und/oder Abziehen eines Befestigungsabschnitts (3b) einer Stützschiene in den und aus dem inneren Sitz (11) erlaubt,
    wobei:
    - die Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung Betätigungsmittel (14) umfasst, die bedienbar sind, um das Verriegelungselement (12) in Bezug auf das freie Befestigungsende (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7) hinführend zu und wegführend von der vorwärts gerichteten Position zu bewegen, wenn die Wandeinheit-Stützvorrichtung (1) in Gebrauch ist,
    - die Betätigungsmittel ein Drückglied (14) umfassen, umfassend einen Kopf (15), von dem ein Bestätigungsstab (16) hervorsteht,
    - der Kopf (15) des Drückglieds (14) außerhalb der Stützstruktur (4) positioniert und bedienbar ist und
    - der Betätigungsstab (16) des Drückglieds (14) einen Abschnitt aufweist, der in die Stützstruktur (4) durch einen Durchgang eingefügt ist, bis er mit dem Verriegelungselement (12) in Eingriff gelangt und die reversible Verschiebung des Verriegelungselements (12) von der eingezogenen Position wegführend von dem freien Befestigungsende (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7) hinführend zu der vorwärts gerichteten Position hinführend zu dem freien Befestigungsende (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7) herbeiführt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    der Betätigungsstab (16) des Drückglieds (14) mit dem Körper (12b) des Verriegelungselements (12) im Eingriff ist, vorzugsweise mit einem hinteren Abschnitt des Körpers (12b), der dem vorderen Ende (12a) entgegengesetzt ist, im Eingriff ist, durch Kupplungsteile, um:
    • dafür zu sorgen, dass der Betätigungsstab (16) des Drückglieds (14) und der Körper (12b) des Verriegelungselements (12) bei der translatorischen Bewegung fest miteinander verbunden sind, bis eine vorbestimmte maximale Kraft überschritten wird;
    • zu erlauben, dass der Betätigungsstab (16) des Drückglieds (14) relativ zum Körper (12b) des Verriegelungselements (12) gleitet, wenn eine vorbestimmte maximale Kraft überschritten wird,
    wobei die vorbestimmte maximale Kraft einen Wert hat, der größer ist als die Kraft, die erforderlich ist, um das Verriegelungselement (12) von der eingezogenen Position in die vorwärts gerichtete Position und umgekehrt zu bewegen,
    wobei der Betätigungsstab (16) des Drückglieds ein flexibles Element ist, vorzugsweise bestehend aus einem flexiblen Riemen, das die Anpassung an die von den Befestigungsmitteln (7) und von dem Verriegelungselement (12) in der Struktur (4) eingenommene Position erlaubt, und/oder
    wobei der Betätigungsstab (16) des Drückglieds (14) einen freien Endabschnitt (16a) umfasst, der mit einer elastisch verformbaren Struktur gebildet ist, um die vollständige Entfernung des Drückglieds zu erlauben, wenn eine angemessene Zugkraft ausgeübt wird, wobei das freie Ende (16a) vorzugsweise wie eine offene Gabel ausgeformt ist, deren Öffnung von dem Kopf (15) des Drückglieds (14) abgewandt ist.
  2. Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Betätigungsstab (16) einen Abschnitt aufweist, der in die Stützstruktur (4) durch einen Durchgang eingefügt ist, der in einer hinteren Seite (18) der Stützstruktur (4) entgegengesetzt zu der ersten Seite (10) gebildet ist.
  3. Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der in die Stützstruktur (4) eingefügte Abschnitt des Betätigungsstabs (16) in einer sich im Wesentlichen erstreckenden Beziehung zum Körper (12b) des Verriegelungselements (12) ausgerichtet ist.
  4. Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei der Betätigungsstab (16) des Drückglieds (14) mit dem Körper (12b) des Verriegelungselements (12) im Eingriff ist mittels Kupplung:
    - zwischen sich ergänzenden Teilen aus einem Reibungsmaterial;
    - zwischen sich ergänzenden Teilen aus einem Material mit hoher Reibung und/oder
    - zwischen Teilen mit aufeinander abgestimmten, strukturierten Kontaktprofilen, die mindestens eine Vertiefung, Vertiefungen und/oder Vertiefungen und Hohlräume aufweisen.
  5. Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, umfassend lösbare Stoppmittel (19), um die maximale Gleitbewegung des Drückglieds (14) wegführend von dem vorderen Ende (12a) des Verriegelungselements (12) zu begrenzen, wobei diese lösbaren Stoppmittel (19) vorzugsweise Folgendes umfassen:
    - gegenüberliegende Vertiefungen (19a), die von einem freien Endabschnitt (16a) des Betätigungsstabs (16) nach außen hervorstehen, und
    - entsprechende Anschlagswände (19b), die von dem Körper (12b) getragen werden, an die die entgegengesetzten Vertiefungen (19) anschlagen.
  6. Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei:
    - das Verriegelungselement (12) mit dem vorderen Ende (12a) von der ersten Seite (10) der Stützstruktur (4) parallel zu den Befestigungsmitteln (7) hervorsteht;
    - die Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) Stoppmittel umfasst, um die maximale vorwärts gerichtete Endlagenposition, die von dem Verriegelungselement (12) wegführend von der ersten Seite (10) der Stützstruktur (4) erreicht werden kann, zu begrenzen, und
    - die untere Öffnung des inneren Sitzes (11) der Befestigungsmittel (7) nicht durch das Verriegelungselement (12) versperrt ist, wenn das Verriegelungselement (12) an der eingezogenen Endlagenposition positioniert ist.
  7. Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei:
    - die Einstellmittel zum Einstellen des Abstands des freien Befestigungsendes (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7) hinführend zu und wegführend von der ersten Seite (10) der Stützstruktur (4) eine Längseinstellschraube (5) umfassen, die sich längs in der Stützstruktur (4) erstreckt, wobei die Längseinstellschraube (5) zwischen der Stützstruktur (4) und den Befestigungsmitteln (7) wirkt, um eine relative Verschiebung des freien Endes (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7) hinführend zu oder wegführend von der ersten Seite (10) der Stützstruktur (4) herbeizuführen, und
    - die Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) eine Vertikaleinstellschraube (6) umfasst, die sich vertikal in der Stützstruktur (4) erstreckt, wobei die Vertikaleinstellschraube zwischen der Stützstruktur (4) und den Befestigungsmitteln (7) wirkt, um die Höhe der relativen Position der Befestigungsmittel (7) in Bezug auf die Stützstruktur (4) vertikal einzustellen.
  8. KIT zum Fixieren eines Möbelstücks (2) an einer Wand, umfassend:
    - eine Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 und
    - eine Stützschiene (3), umfassend einen Fixierabschnitt (3a) zur Wandfixierung und einen Befestigungsabschnitt (3b), der aus dem Fixierabschnitt (3a) hervorsteht,
    wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt (3b) der Stützschiene (3), vorzugsweise ein Endabschnitt von dieser, der wie ein Haken geformt oder von dem Befestigungsabschnitt (3a) weggeklappt ist, reversibel in dem Haltesitz im Eingriff ist, der in dem freien Ende (7a) der Befestigungsmittel (7) der Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) gebildet ist, um die Wohnwand-Stützvorrichtung (1) an der Wand zu stützen.
