Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Abschneider für selbstklebende trägerlose Endlosband-Etiketten, mit einer um eine Drehachse drehbaren Transportrolle und einer Messereinheit, die einen parallel zu der Drehachse der Transportrolle linear verfahrbaren Messerschlitten und ein drehfest an dem Messerschlitten gehaltenes, in Richtung auf die Transportrolle zu gerichtetes Schneidemesser umfasst, wobei die Endlosband-Etiketten zwischen der Transportrolle und der Messereinheit hindurchführbar sind. Die Messereinheit umfasst einen Messerhalter, der mit dem Schneidemesser eine Baueinheit bildet, bei der das Schneidemesser mit einem festen Überstand über den Messerhalter vorsteht, wobei die Baueinheit verschiebbar an dem Messerschlitten befestigt ist und eine Federeinrichtung, insbesondere eine Druckfeder, vorgesehen ist, die die Baueinheit in eine ausgefahrene Position vorspannt.
