Claims (5)

  1. Spender für Flüssigkeiten, die in Bag-in-Box Behältern (Beutel in KartonBehältern) aufbewahrt werden, wobei der Spender Folgendes umfasst
    eine Struktur (1) mit einem Gehäuse (32), das ausgebildet ist, um einen Bag-in-Box- Behälter (24) aufzunehmen, der mit einem Beutel oder einem Karton (25) ausgestattet ist, der dazu vorgesehen ist, eine Flüssigkeit aufzunehmen, und mit einem Zapfhahn (26), der fest mit dem Beutel oder dem Karton (25) verbunden ist, der Flansche (27) und eine Öffnung (31) aufweist, wobei der Spender Folgendes umfasst:
    einen vorderen Körper (2), der das Gehäuse (32) begrenzt,
    eine Antriebsbaugruppe (9), die ausgebildet ist, um den Austritt der Flüssigkeit aus dem Hahn zu ermöglichen, umfassend:
    eine Halterung (30), die ausgebildet ist, um mit dem vorderen Körper (2) verbunden zu werden,
    einen Hebel (16), der so ausgebildet ist, dass er gegenüber der Halterung (30) gekippt werden kann, wobei der Hebel Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Antriebssektor (17), der durch den vorderen Körper (2) ragt, und
    Schubarme (18), die dem Antriebssektor (17) gegenüberliegen, zwischen denen eine Öffnung (29) zur Aufnahme des Zapfhahns (26) definiert ist, wobei die Schubarme (18) dazu vorgesehen sind, auf die Flansche (27) des Zapfhahns (26) zu drücken, um das Öffnen des Zapfhahns (26) durch Drücken auf den Antriebssektor (17) zu ermöglichen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Körper (2) Folgendes umfasst:
    eine äußere Platte (4) mit einer unteren Wand (6), die eine Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (7) aufweist, die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie mit der Öffnung (31) des Hahns (26) übereinstimmt,
    eine innere Platte (5), die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie mit der äußeren Platte (4) gekoppelt werden kann, wobei die innere Platte (5) eine innere Trennwand (10) mit einem Fenster (8) umfasst, durch das der Zapfhahn (26) hindurchgeführt werden kann.
  2. Spender nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Halterung (30) Folgendes umfasst:
    zwei seitliche Außenprofile (11), die mit der unteren Wand (6) verbunden werden können, und ein oberes Außenprofil (12), das die seitlichen Außenprofile (11) verbindet,
    zwei innere Seitenprofile (13), die an der inneren Trennwand (10) befestigt sind, und ein oberes Innenprofil (14), das die inneren Seitenprofile (13) verbindet, wobei jedes innere Seitenprofil (13) mit zwei Achsen (33) versehen ist, um die der Hebel (16) gekippt wird,
    ein Stützprofil (15), das horizontal unterhalb des oberen Innenprofils (14) an den Seitenprofilen (13) befestigt ist, wobei das Stützprofil (15) dazu vorgesehen ist, die vertikale Bewegung des Hahns (26) zu begrenzen.
  3. Spender nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schubarme (18) an ihrem Ende mehrere Abschnitte (19) mit unterschiedlichen Ausrichtungen und einen Zwischenabschnitt (20) aufweisen, der dazu vorgesehen ist, die Flansche (27) des Hahns (26) zu berühren und eine Kraft auf diesen auszuüben.
  4. Spender nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Schubarme (18) mit einem oder mehreren Greifelementen (23) versehen sind, die dazu vorgesehen sind,
    in den Körper des Zapfhahns (26) einzugreifen, wenn sich der Antriebssektor (17) in einer annähernd horizontalen Position befindet und nach oben bewegt wird, wodurch die Öffnung des vorderen Körpers (2) blockiert wird, und
    sich vom Körper des Zapfhahns (26) zu lösen, um das Öffnen des vorderen Körpers (2) zu ermöglichen, wenn der Antriebssektor (17) nach oben gekippt wird.
  5. Spender nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Hebel (16) seitliche Laschen (21) umfasst, die senkrecht zum Antriebssektor (17) ausgebildet und mit zwei Löchern versehen sind, die von den Achsen (33) jedes seitlichen Innenprofils (13) geschnitten werden, und die so ausgebildet sind, dass sie sich um diese Achsen (33) drehen, wobei die seitlichen Laschen (21) mit Vorsprüngen (22) versehen sind, die so ausgebildet sind, dass sie an dem Stützprofil (15) anliegen und die Bewegung des Hebels (16) begrenzen.
