Claims (10)
- Ensemble de porte ou de fenêtre (10) avec un cadre (12) et un vantail (16) monté sur le cadre (12) et pouvant pivoter par rapport au cadre (12), de préférence vers un côté extérieur (104), entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, dans lequel le vantail (16) présente des recouvrements de vantail latéraux (18), dans lequel le cadre (12) présente une traverse de cadre inférieure (26) s'étendant le long d'une direction longitudinale (L), dans lequel un seuil (28) avec une surface de seuil (29) est disposée sur la traverse de cadre inférieure (26) du côté extérieur (14), que le vantail (16) est réalisé sans recouvrement sur sa face inférieure (24), dans lequel un rejet d'eau (36) s'étendant le long d'une direction d'étendue (E) avec un joint (38) élastique est disposé à l'extrémité inférieure du vantail (16) du côté extérieur (14), dans lequel la direction d'étendue (E) est orientée, lorsque le vantail (16) est en position fermée, le long de ou parallèlement à la direction longitudinale (L), dans lequel le joint (38) fait saillie vers le bas du rejet d'eau (36), de telle sorte que celui-ci, dans la position fermée du vantail (16), repose de manière étanche sur la surface de seuil (29), dans lequel respectivement une coiffe d'extrémité (40) est fixée sur une ou les deux extrémités frontales (39) du rejet d'eau (36), dans lequel la coiffe d'extrémité (40) présente une section faisant saillie vers le bas (41) avec une surface de contact avec le seuil (42), au moyen de laquelle la section faisant saillie vers le bas (41) repose de manière étanche sur la surface de seuil (29) en position fermée du vantail (16), dans lequel la coiffe d'extrémité (40) présente une section latérale (43) au moyen de laquelle la coiffe d'extrémité (40) vient se plaquer sur le recouvrement de vantail latéral (18) associé et s'applique de façon étanche sur le recouvrement de vantail latéral (18), et dans lequel dans ou sur la coiffe d'extrémité (20) est réalisé un logement (45), caractérisé en ce que le logement (45) présente une section transversale complémentaire du joint (38) et reçoit de manière étanche une section d'extrémité du joint (38), que respectivement un joint de recouvrement (20) est fixé sur les recouvrements de vantail latéraux pour l'étanchéité avec le cadre (12) et que la coiffe d'extrémité (40) s'applique de manière étanche sur le joint de recouvrement (20) du recouvrement de vantail latéral (18).
- Ensemble de porte ou de fenêtre (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la coiffe d'extrémité (40) présente une section de base (44) dans laquelle est réalisé le logement (45) et/ou à partir de laquelle s'étend la section latérale (43).
- Ensemble de porte ou de fenêtre (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'écart de la section de base (44) s'étend une section de fixation (46), au moyen de laquelle la coiffe d'extrémité (40) est fixée à l'extrémité frontale (39) du rejet d'eau (40), de préférence au moyen d'une vis (60).
- Ensemble de porte ou de fenêtre (10) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'écart de la section de base (44), le long de ou parallèlement à la direction d'étendue (E), s'étend une section d'accouplement (49) qui pénètre dans une poche (61) correspondante sur le rejet d'eau (36), dans lequel la poche (61) est réalisée sur une nervure (62) venant se plaquer sous le vantail (16) sur sa face inférieure (24).
- Ensemble de porte ou de fenêtre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la section de base (44) présente sur sa face supérieure une surface de contact (50), au moyen de laquelle la section de base (44) est en contact avec le vantail (16) sur sa face inférieure (24).
- Ensemble de porte ou de fenêtre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le seuil (28) présente une pente du côté extérieur (14), dans lequel la surface de contact de seuil (42) de la section faisant saillie vers le bas (41) est adaptée à la pente du seuil (28).
- Ensemble de porte ou de fenêtre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le seuil (28) est réalisé séparément de la traverse de cadre inférieure (26) et est en contact avec la traverse de cadre inférieure (26) et/ou est relié à celle-ci.
- Ensemble de porte ou de fenêtre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le joint (38) est, à l'une ou aux deux de ses extrémités frontales, éloigné du joint de recouvrement (20) du recouvrement de vantail latéral (18) concerné, dans lequel une section de la coiffe d'extrémité (40), en particulier la section de base (44) de la coiffe d'extrémité (40), est disposée dans cet éloignement.
- Ensemble de porte ou de fenêtre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la coiffe d'extrémité (40) est réalisée en une seule pièce et/ou est réalisée à partir d'un matériau plastique souple et élastique.
- Fermeture de bâtiment (100), avec un ensemble de porte ou de fenêtre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, un revêtement intérieur (106) jouxtant la traverse de cadre inférieure (26) et un revêtement extérieur (108) jouxtant la traverse de cadre inférieure (26) ainsi que le seuil (28), dans laquelle la différence de hauteur (h) le long du sens de la gravité (g) entre le point le plus élevé du seuil (28) et la traverse de cadre inférieure (26) par rapport au revêtement intérieur (106) et/ou au revêtement extérieur (108) est supérieure à 0 mm et au maximum de 20 mm.
