- the railing post 10.3 has the advantage that it can be used with both façade scaffolding (Layher Blitz Gerüst ® (registered trademark) system) and modular scaffolding (Layher Allroundgerüst ® (registered trademark) system). Assembly and disassembly on a vertical standard 58.1, 58.2 of a scaffold 50 is carried out in the same manner as described above, just as with the railing posts 10.1 and 10.2.
- the curved projection unit 38 When mounting the railing post 10.3 to a vertical post 58.1 with rosettes 66, the curved projection unit 38 is threaded into a recess in the rosette, then the railing post 10.3 is moved into the vertical position, and the second connection device 14 is connected to the vertical post 58.1. In this final assembly position, the railing post 10.3 is secured against upward lifting in the longitudinal/vertical direction, as the curved projection unit 38.1 blocks any upward movement.
- a fourth embodiment of a railing post 10.4 is shown, which basically has the same structure as the railing post 10.3 according to Fig. 21 , but with the difference that there is no second connection area 36 on the third connection device 16, but rather it consists solely of the first connection area 34 with a curved projection unit 38.1 formed on the underside.
- Such a railing post 10.4 is suitable for connection to a vertical post 58.2 of a modular scaffold (Layher Allroundgerüst ® (registered trademark)). The assembly process is analogous to that described above.
