Abstract
Machine de pliage ou d'interpliage (100) pour former des piles (50) d'un nombre prédéterminé de feuilles (5) comprenant un premier et un second rouleau de pliage ou d'interpliage (la, lb), agencés pour tourner autour d'axes de rotation respectifs (101a, 101b) pour plier ou interplier les feuilles (5) selon une configuration de pliage ou d'interpliage prédéterminée, obtenir une pile de formation de feuilles pliées ou interpliées (50) qui croît en hauteur le long d'une direction de formation prédéterminée (150). Un groupe de séparation (20) est en outre proposé pour séparer une pile finie (50') d'une pile de feuilles de formation suivante (50). Un groupe de transfert (30) est également proposé pour transférer la pile finie (50') de feuilles pliées ou interpliées vers une zone de décharge (60). Au moins l'un entre le groupe de séparation (20) et le groupe de transfert (30) comprend au moins un dispositif de détection (40) pour détecter la force exercée par la pile de formation, ou par la pile finie (50, 50') sur le groupe de séparation (20) ou sur le groupe de transfert (30).
