Abstract

La machine de préparation et de distribution d'un granité et analogues comprend au moins un réservoir de confinement (2) pour le produit à préparer et à distribuer associé à un cadre de support (10). Le réservoir (2) forme une ouverture supérieure équipée d'un couvercle de fermeture (20). À l'intérieur dudit réservoir de confinement de produit (2) est agencé un dispositif de refroidissement (3) conçu pour être relié à un système de réfrigération (4) pour assurer la circulation d'un fluide frigorigène à l'intérieur d'un élément évaporateur (31) associé au même dispositif de refroidissement (3). Un dispositif de mélange de produits (5) est associé audit dispositif de refroidissement (3). Ledit système de réfrigération (4) comprend un élément condenseur (41) agencé dans un compartiment (14) placé au-dessus dudit cadre de support (10) et associé à un élément ventilateur (42) configuré de façon à aspirer l'air de refroidissement dudit système de réfrigération (4).
