Abstract

L'invention concerne une solution pharmaceutique orale comprenant de la liothyronine sodique ; de l'eau ; au moins un cosolvant choisi dans le groupe constitué par un polyol et un glycol ; et un tampon pharmaceutiquement acceptable ; le pH de la solution étant de 3,5 à 6,5, et la solution étant obtenue au moyen d'un procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à i) dissoudre de la liothyronine sodique dans un support comprenant de l'eau à un pH de 10,0 à 13,0, et ii) abaisser le pH à une valeur de 3,5 à 6,5.
