Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément semi-fini (6) qui comprend les étapes consistant à : (a) produire ou fournir un élément de coffrage de grille (1), l'élément de coffrage de grille (1) ayant une région centrale (Z) entre un premier côté de grille (2) et un second côté de grille (3), le second côté de grille (3) étant disposé à l'opposé du premier côté de grille (1) ; (b) appliquer une couche de composition durcissable hydrauliquement (7), en particulier de béton durcissable, depuis l'extérieur de l'élément de coffrage de grille vers le premier côté de grille (2), de telle sorte que le premier côté de grille (2) est intégré dans la composition durcissable hydrauliquement, de telle sorte qu'au moins la région centrale de l'élément de coffrage de grille reste exempte de la composition durcissable hydrauliquement, et, en particulier, avec le second côté de grille (3) faisant saillie hors de la couche de la composition durcissable hydrauliquement (7).
