Abstract

La présente divulgation concerne des compositions et des procédés pour la transduction sélective et l'édition génomique de cellules humaines (par exemple, des cellules souches et progénitrices hématopoïétiques, HSPC) à l'aide de particules de type viral modifiées (eVLP). Des aspects de la divulgation concernent des compositions eVLP comprenant des protéines de fusion comprenant une fraction de ciblage.
