Abstract

Système médical gonflable comprenant un manchon gonflable implantable, un réservoir de fluide en communication fluidique avec le manchon, un dispositif de transfert de fluide comprenant une pompe motorisée conçue pour déplacer sélectivement un fluide entre le réservoir et le manchon, au moins un capteur de pression en communication fonctionnelle avec le fluide dans le manchon pour fournir un signal de pression indiquant une pression de fluide dans le manchon, un dispositif de commande destiné à recevoir le signal de pression en provenance du capteur de pression et à actionner de manière commandée le dispositif de transfert de fluide, et un actionneur externe en communication sans fil avec le dispositif de commande, l'actionneur externe étant conçu pour fournir sans fil un signal de miction au dispositif de commande, de telle sorte que, lors de la réception du signal de miction, le dispositif de commande entraîne le déplacement du fluide du manchon au réservoir.
