Abstract

1. Dispositivo de seguridad para el trabajo en fachadas, que está destinado para evitar accidentes por caída libre de los trabajadores durante la construcción de un edificio o similar, trabajadores que normalmente se encuentran en unos andamios o en los propios forjados de la construcción; caracterizado porque comprende: - Una cuerda vertical con una suave tensión permanente, cuyo extremo inferior se conecta al arnés (2) de un trabajador (3) dejando total libertad de movimiento al trabajador; - un mecanismo extensible de enrollamiento (5) de donde parte la cuerda (1), mecanismo que mantiene dicha tensión y permite el desplazamiento en cualquier dirección del trabajador (3); - una anilla (7) unida al mecanismo extensible de enrollamiento (5) y utilizada como medio de acoplamiento deslizante sobre un cable horizontal superior (6), anilla (7) que permite el desplazamiento simultáneo del trabajador (3), cuerda y mecanismo (5), así como de la propia anilla (7); - medios de fijación del cable horizontal (6) a una parte de la estructura del edificio; - medios de frenado instantáneos que evitan la caída libre del trabajador (3) sin tirones, encontrándose dichos medios incorporados en el propio mecanismo extensible de enrollamiento (5).
