Abstract

1. Dispositivo para el volteo de bidones, entre los elementos de manipulación incorporables sobre el soporte de una carretilla elevadora, caracterizado porque dispone de un soporte fijo (1) en placa plana con anclajes para carretillas elevadoras (9), en el que hay un eje (4) perpendicular a la placa soporte fija (1) que sujeta un soporte (3) rotativo móvil que a su vez dispone de un tramo (8) fijo de la pinza de agarre, de pletinas configuradas en arco, y dos extensiones (7) también configuradas en arco conectadas a los extremos del tramo (8) fijo mediante un eje (7.2) de articulación, donde la apertura y cierre de estas extensiones (7) es posible mediante sendos actuadores hidráulicos (6) ligeramente distanciados del eje (7.2) de articulación; y, el giro del eje (4) que permite el volteo es posible mediante un actuador (2) lineal de doble actuación dispuesto horizontal entre dos soportes (1.1) unidos al soporte (1) fijo en el que, la pieza móvil de este actuador (2) tiene unida una cremallera (2.1) que engrana con un piñón (5) solidario al soporte móvil (3).
