Abstract
Máquina formadora de masa panificable, caracterizada esencialmente por el hecho de presentar dispuesto entre el tapiz y la banda continua transportadora de masa, una placa enrolladora sustancialmente ondulada la cual se halla montada sobre la máquina, con auxilio de un resorte tractor de tensión regulable, de manera que el plano ondulado de la citada placa ejerce una presión relativa sobre la masa bajo la tensión de dicho resorte para obtener una compacidad variable de la masa panificable durante su recorrido entre dicho tapiz y la banda transportadora.
