Abstract

Precalentador para precalentar el licor de alimentación destinado a sistemas de efectos múltiples, caracterizado porque comprende: un recipiente que tiene una pluralidad de cámaras secuenciales, un dispositivo de conducción que se extiende longitudinalmente del precalentador a través de las varias cámaras para transportar el licor de alimentación hasta un evaporador de efectos múltiples, estando dicho dispositivo de conducción hecho de material conductor térmico y constituido por un conjunto de tubos adecuado para condensar el vapor que entra en contacto con ellos; un primer dispositivo de entrada para introducir el vapor caliente en una por lo menos de dichas cámaras a partir del dispositivo respectivo de dicho evaporador de efectos múltiples; un segundo dispositivo de entrada para introducir el condensado caliente en cada una de dichas cámaras para formar un depósito de condensado; un dispositivo de salida para extraer el condensado de cada una de dichas cámaras; y un deflector orientadohacia abajo que atraviesa cada cámara alrededor del conjunto de tubos contenidos en esta abriendose el vértice del orificio a través, del recipiente para proporcionar un orificio de ventilación para la eliminación de vapores no condensables de la cámara, estando situado dicho deflector y conjunto de tubos contenido en un lado opuesto de la cámara a partir del primer dispositivo de entrada, haciendo así que el vapor introducido fluya por la superficie del depósito de condensado antes de establecer contacto con el conjunto de tubos.
