PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE SOLUCIONES CONCENTRADAS DE NITRATO DE AMONIO, E INSTALACION PARA LA PUESTA EN PRACTICA DE ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO. EL PROCEDIMIENTO TIENE LUGAR MEDIANTE LA NEUTRALIZACION DEL ACIDO NITRICO EN UN REACTOR TUBULAR (). CUANDO EL CADUDAL GLOBAL DE REACTIVOS CORRESPONDE A UNA PRODUCCION INFERIOR A 150 KG/H/CM2 SE EFECTUA LA NEUTRALIZACIONEN PRESENCIA DE UN MEDIO CONSTITUIDO POR UNA CORRIENTE DE RECICLAJE DE LA SOLUCION CONCENTRADA DE NITRATO DE AMONIO. CUANDO LA PRODUCCION ES SUPERIOR A 150 KG/H/CM2 NO HAY NECESIDAD DE RECICLADO. LA INSTALACION COMPRENDE SUSTANCIALMENTE EL REACTOR TUBULAR (R), EL SEPARADOR (S), LA CONDUCCION (C) PARA LA ADICION DE NH3, UN MEDIO DE CALEFACCION (V) PARA MANTENER EL PRODUCTO EN ESTADO LIQUIDO EN CASO DE PARO DE LA INSTALACION, Y EL RECIPIENTE DE ALMACENAJE (G). APLICABLE A LA INDUSTRIA QUIMICA.
