Abstract

Appts. is equipped with a number of indentical drive aggregates, which are driven in groups through one of two or more tangential belts via an engine. Adjacent tangential belts feature at least one joint guide roll component with two guide rolls coupled to each other in a torsion-resistant manner. The belt contact of the guide roll components (125,126) and the drive rolls (121) driving the tangential belts (116,117) is increased through displacing the drive rolls and/or through installing additional guide roll components (125',126'). - In the case of additional guide roll components (125',126'), the tangential belt (116) runs round the first set of guide roll components (125,126) and a drive disk (121) between the components. The other tangential belt (117) runs round both sets of guide roll components and surrounds both guide roll components of each pair.
