EL MOLDE TIENE PAREDES LATERALES, CUYA SUPERFICIE INTERIOR ESTA REVESTIDA CON UN LUBRICANTE NO ORGANICO QUE NO REACCIONA VIOLENTAMENTE DE MODO TERMICO O QUIMICO EN LAS CONDICIONES DE COLADA CONTINUA QUE EXISTEN EN EL INTERIOR DEL MOLDE, PARA PRODUCIR EXPLOSIONES, Y QUE NO SE DESCOMPONE EN TALES CONDICIONES, PARA PRODUCIR UN COMPUESTO QUE ES EXPLOSIVO EN TALES CONDICIONES. SE EXCLUYEN LUBRICANTES CONVENCIONALES A BASE DE PETROLEO PARA LA COLADA CONTINUA DE ACERO FUNDIDO.
