PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE TIENO QUINOLICINSULFONAMIDAS, DE FORMULA GENERAL (I) EN DONDE R REPRESENTA HIDROGENO O ALQUILO INFERIOR R1 Y R2 REPRESENTAN CADA UNO HIDROGENO, ALQUILO INFERIOR, ALCOXILO INFERIOR O HALOGENO, R3 Y R4 REPRESENTAN CADA UNO ALQUILO INFERIOR, HALO (INFERIOR) ALQUILO O ARILO, A REPRESENTA UN GRUPO ALQUILENO INFERIOR CON 1 A 3 CARBONOS EN LA CADENA ENTRE LOS DOS ATOMOS DE N, Y X REPRESENTA O, S, O NR5 (DONDE R5 ES HIDROGENO O ALQUILO INFERIOR). EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN DERIVADO REACTIVO DE UN ACIDO SULFONICO, DE FORMULA (II) (EN DONDE R6 TIENE EL SIGNIFICADO DE R3 Y R4 ANTES INDICADO), CON UNA QUINOLICINA DE FORMULA (III), (VIII) O (IX), (EN DONDE X, R, R1, R2 Y R3 Y R4 TIENEN EL SIGNIFICADO DADO ANTERIORMENTE).
