Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO Y APARATO PARA APLICAR UNA ETIQUETA DE PLASTICO ALREDEDOR DE UN RECIPIENTE. LAS BOTELLAS QUE SE SOMETEN A TEMPERATURAS DE PARTERIZACION SE ETIQUETAN CON ETIQUETAS DE PLASTICO DELGADAS QUE SE ENROLLAN ALREDEDOR DEL CUERPO DE LA BOTELLA. LAS ETIQUETAS SE HACEN A PARTIR DE UN MATERIAL PREVIAMENTE ENGOMADO, QUE PUEDE SER UNA BANDA CONTINUA DE MATERIAL O ETIQUETAS INDIVIDUALES. EL ADHESIVO O GOMA ES UN POLIMERO ACTIVADO POR CALOR, DE ORIGEN ACUOSO, QUE QUEDA RETICULADO AL SER ACTIVADO POR EL CALOR. LAS BOTELLAS Y ETIQUETAS SON TRANSPORTADAS HASTA UNA POSICION EN LA CUAL EL BORDE DELANTERO DE LA ETIQUETA HACE CONTACTO CON EL ADHESIVO DE LA ETIQUETA.
