PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE FRACCIONES DE OLIGOSACARIDOS POR DEPOLIMERIZACION QUIMICA CONTROLADA DE HEPARINA. CONSISTE EN LA PREPARACION DE FRACCIONES DE OLIGOSACARIDOS CARACTERIZADA PORQUE SE DEPOLIMERIZA LA HEPARINA EN SOLUCION ACUOSA PASANDOLA LUEGO A TRAVES DE MEMBRANAS SELECTIVAS DE ULTRAFILTRACION PREVIAMENTE A TAL DEPOLIMERIZACION CON EL OBJETO DE EXCLUIR LAS FRACCIONES DE PESO MOLECULAR INFERIORES A 3000 DALTONS. POSTERIORMENTE SE PROCEDE A UN FRACCIONAMIENTO POR PARTICION DE FASES LIQUIDAS CON EL OBJETO DE EXCLUIR DE LA POLIMERIZACION LAS FRACCIONES DE BAJA ANIONIZIDAD, EFECTUANDOSE TODAS LAS ETAPAS EN FASE LIQUIDA SIN AISLAMIENTO DE PRODUCTOS INTERMEDIOS Y PUDIENDOSE EFECTUAR LA DEPOLIMERIZACION QUIMICA CONTROLADA EN MAS DE UN CICLO. APLICABLE A PRODUCTOS FARMACEUTICOS DE ACTIVIDAD ANTITROMBONICA CON DISMUNICION DEL RIESGO HEMORRAGICO.
