PROCEDIMIENTO DE RECUPERACION DE UN HORMIGON PREPARADO NO UTILIZADO, COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS DE: 1) ANTES DE QUE EL HORMIGON SE ASIENTE, AÑADIR AL MISMO UN RETARDADOR DE ASENTAMIENTO EN UNA CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA RETARDAR LA HIDRATACION DURANTE 90 HORAS ADICIONALES, COMO MAXIMO; 2) EVENTUALMENTE, AL FINAL DEL PERIODO DE RETARDO DESEADO, DILUIR EL HORMIGON RETARDADO CON UN HORMIGON FRESCO; Y 3) AÑADIR UN ACELERADOR AL HORMIGON RETARDADO PARA VOLVERLO A UN ESTADO ENDURECIBLE.PROCEDURE FOR THE RECOVERY OF AN UNUSED PREPARED CONCRETE, INCLUDING THE STEPS OF: 1) BEFORE THE CONCRETE SETTLES, ADD TO THE SAME A SETTLEMENT RETARDER IN A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT TO DELAY THE HYDRATION FOR AN ADDITIONAL MAXIMUM OF 90 HOURS; 2) EVENTUALLY, AT THE END OF THE DESIRED DELAY PERIOD, DILUTE THE DELAYED CONCRETE WITH A FRESH CONCRETE; AND 3) ADD AN ACCELERATOR TO THE DELAYED CONCRETE TO RETURN IT TO A HARDENING STATE.
