PARA LA OBTENCION DE POLVORA DE CARGA PROPULSORA BIBASICA EN EL PROCEDIMIENTO EXENTO DE DISOLVENTES, SE AMASA LA MASA DE POLVORA HUMEDECIDA CON AGUA, A ELEVADA TEMPERATURA, EN UN CILINDRO CIZALLADOR (1), AL QUE SE ALIMENTA CONTINUAMENTE LA MASA EN BRUTO DE POLVORA Y EN UNO DE CUYOS EXTREMOS FRONTALES (7) SE RETIRA CONTINUAMENTE LA MASA GELATINIZADA Y EN ESTE CASO SE GRANULA CONTINUAMENTE AL MISMO TIEMPO. EL GRANULADO FORMADO SE ALIMENTA CONTINUAMENTE A UNA EXTRUSORA (10), MEDIANTE LA CUAL SE PRENSA EN FORMA DE VARILLAS DE POLVORA, QUE SE ELABORAN EN FORMA DE POLVORA ACABADA MEDIANTE CORTE Y UN TRATAMIENTO FINAL.
