EL PROCEDIMIENTO PERMITE ELIMINAR LOS VAPORES DE ACEITE QUE SE PRODUCEN, PARA ELLO, SE ASPIRA LA ATMOSFERA DE GAS DE PROTECCION, ENRIQUECIDA CON VAPOR DE ACEITE PORENCIMA DEL BAÑO DE ACEITE, SE SEPARA ELACEITE DE LA ATMOSFERA ASPIRADA Y SE CONDUCE DE NUEVO EL RETORNO AL BAÑO DE ACEITE Y FINALMENTE LA ATMOSFERA DE GAS DE PROTECCION LIBERADA DEL VAPOR DE ACEITE SE DEVUELVE TAMBIEN A LA CAMARA DE TRATAMIENTO TERMICO. EL DISPOSITIVO CONSTA DE UNA CAMARA DE TRATAMIENTO TERMICO (1), UNA CAMARA DE ENFRIAMIENTO EN ACEITE (4), UN BAÑO DE ACEITE (5), UN DISPOSITIVO DE ASPIRACION ADOSADO A LA CAMARA (4), UN DISPOSITIVO DE SEPARACION (11) Y UNAS TUBERIAS DE RETORNO (12, 14).
