UN METODO PARA PRODUCIR UN CONCENTRADO DE ZUMO DE UVAS. UN METODO PARA PRODUCIR UN CONCENTRADO DE ZUMO DE UVAS, OBTENIDO AL PRENSAR LAS UVAS, QUE SE CLARIFICA Y SE CONCENTRA POR EVAPORACION. EL ZUMO RECOGIDO AL PRENSAR LAS UVAS SE CONCENTRA EN DOS ETAPAS. LA PRIMERA EVAPORACION SE EFECTUA SOBRE EL ZUMO OBTENIDO DIRECTAMENTE DE LAS UVAS. ESTE ZUMO SE EVAPORA A UN SEMICONCENTRADO QUE SE MEZCLA CON ALCOHOL Y SE ALMACENA EL TIEMPO DESEADO. EL SEMICONCENTRADO SE EVAPORA EN UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA HASTA OBTENER EL CONTENIDO DE AGUA DESEADO MIENTRAS SE SEPARA EL ALCOHOL POR EVAPORACION.
